My son placed an order at 6:41 pm and received a confirmation time of 16-21 minutes regarding pickup time. I actually waited longer than the time presented to go because this particular “ Wingstop “ never fulfills orders on time. I get there at 7:30 pm it’s people everywhere with only 4 employees working I get it things happen. One young lady asked was I picking up I replied “yes an online order”, she replied it wasn’t ready I said okay and stepped to the side. After 30 minutes passing I went up again and asked if she knew how much longer she said “no they are waiting on chicken.” I moved to the side again so another 30 minutes goes by I ask another employee if she knew the estimated time of how much longer it would be. She was rude! Her response was “ ITS NOT READY , WE ARE BACKED UP “ and was proceeding to walk away. I then said” well how do I go about getting a refund for the on-line order I placed”. She walks away and ask another employee to come show me how to get a refund for my order because I don’t want to wait”! I been waiting so for that comment to be made was a understatement! It’s always a hit or miss!! It’s either a group of workers that’s nice, hardworking, and respectful or a group of workers with nasty attitudes, unprofessional and don’t want to be at work ! The good workers never stay! Nevertheless, the occupation you chose is what you chose. It’s no need to be rude and disrespectful because you have had a long day and short of staff! I have been there before with the same amount of workers working and they are getting the orders in and out! To have to turn PEOPLE away and not be able to take orders in store or online “ Wingstop” gotta get it together because seriously at the point I will drive 17 mins away to go to another location before I step foot in the location that is 6 mins away from me. I look young but my daughter is probably older than the smart mouth employees that was so rude today! Truly ridiculous how this location has went downhill so fast!

I ordered a 20 piece boneless wing combo online to go. Based on some of the other ratings, I was prepared for to wait. I was greeted when I came in the door. My food was ready and it was delish. Thank you for great service!

I ordered wing online. A 10 piece wing, 8 piece wing, and 2 chicken strips. I've been waiting for over an hour in the restaurant past the estimated time. Has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever endured. If you have other options stay away until they get this place straightened out if they ever do. My worst experience probably ever!

Terrible service by manager Trey- rude, unprofessional and hung up phone multiple times on me when requested to speak to someone in a higher position. My order was wrong after I got back to my office and I called to inform them. I will be reaching out to franchise owner.

Wish I could give this place negative stars! Please avoid this place! Ordered boneless wings online, it said 16-21. Got there in 20 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes. Two young girls at the front counter on their phones while 2 young men in the back laughing and joking while so many people in the lobby waiting. Plus this place was filthy. I finally get my food and I get a few cold hard little chicken nuggets with a little bbq sauce drizzled on them. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this place and it keeps getting worst! Not sure how this location is still up and running. This place needs to be closed down!

Trey the manager is so unprofessional and rude! I spent 30$ on take out and once I got back to my office I opened the box and it was wrong. Called and he hung up on me twice, refused to assist or give me another Manager. Now Corparate will be handling!!

I stopped in about 7 pm Wednesday. The restaurant was very busy. All the employees working were on point in taking my order and keeping me informed on the completion of my order. The employess were very courteous. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Good luck trying to call an order in without being placed on hold for 25-30 minutes. Then they don’t even come back to the line and when you try to call back, guess what…nobody answers. Woman walks in from sitting in her car, goes straight to the kitchen, starts dealing with the food, didn’t wash her hands at all. Just nasty.
