Frankly,
1
star
is
incredibly
generous
for
them.
I
arrived
with
my
friend
that
I
brought
it
with
a
wheelchair.
The
check
in
was
relatively
easy
but
that
was
quickly
overshadowed
by
the
baffling
poor
experience
that
followed.
My
friend
was
in
so
much
pain,
vomiting
and
groaning
and
we
were
told
there
were
no
rooms
so
to
go
back
to
the
lobby.
She
needed
to
lay
down
on
the
lobby
couch
and
while
I
was
helping
her,
the
security
officer
came
and
asked
“are
you
going
to
leave
your
car
there”?
I
was
baffled
and
didn’t
even
know
how
to
respond
to
him
given
the
circumstances.
He
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
my
friend
was
fine
on
her
own.
When
I
come
back
from
parking,
my
friend
is
bent
over
throwing
up,
in
excruciating
pain.
The
doctor
that
helped
her
was
great
-
kind
and
caring.
There
are
rules
about
wearing
masks
inside
of
the
hospital
which
I
am
absolutely
comfortable
with
following
had
that
I
being
told
from
the
get
go.
Instead,
I
had
3
nurses
come
in
a
rudely
tell
us
to
keep
our
masks
on
while
in
the
room
and
out.
How
unnecessary.
The
majority
of
the
staff
has
no
business
working
with
people.
I’ve
been
incredibly
better
served
in
a
vet
hospital
than
here…
That
being
said,
do
your
best
to
keep
your
loved
ones
AWAY
from
this
place.
