This place was nice. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The common areas were clean. They are still keeping sanitary measures in place. I met my brother here and I did not stay, so I cannot speak on bed quality or actual service. From the surface all appears to be great.

We were in Raleigh for an entire month because I had a major surgery at Duke. And we are so thankful for the staff at this Hampton Inn! It was unlike any hotel experience we have ever had, seriously! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and caring. Joe, Golena and Jamar at the front desk, and the manager Jenn. All of them went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We felt so welcomed and cared for. Which was a big comfort while going through a scary operation and recovering for a few weeks at the hotel. I truly can not thank them all enough and we will certainly stay at this hotel every time we come back to the area. Besides the wonderful staff, the room was clean and spacious and quiet, even on nights they were booked up! Continental breakfast is nice and the gentleman who took care of the buffet was also very sweet. The exercise room was spotless and had plenty of equipment. Laundry room was clean and convenient. It was too cold at the time for us to enjoy the pool and patio but the area looked nice. Beds are comfy. And the location was great - only 5 minutes from the hospital and the plaza has a grocery store and plenty of restaurants to pick from, all within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and suggest it to anyone we know coming to Raleigh. Not only because it is a nice hotel but the people here are amazing.

I cannot express more fully my appreciation for the awesome team at this wonderful location. The staff has been exceptional to my father and me during a family health emergency. I wish I recalled more names, but really want to give Joseph at the front desk props for looking out my dad in particular. This is a new property and is really well maintained and clean. It also appears that management has taken any criticisms to heart and made adjustments. Well done all.

Just amazing to come in room & see such a small meaningful detail as a personalized welcome message on the monitor screen! Truly grateful to be a Hilton Honors member and that Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Midtown is part of that industry-leading and game-changing chain! In town to see a very beautiful sibling off to a better place where there are no more tears of sorrow to shed. But the thoughtfulness and attention-to-detail from staff from check-in was touching and will leave a positive everlasting impression on my heart & in my mind that during this time of bereavement, their true selfless devotion to ensuring their guests have memorable experiences took priority. Priceless!

Absolutely lovely place. It was clean, had a very convenient location, and the staff was incredibly kind. When the hotel was full and the doctors told me my husband would have to stay longer in the hospital, a very kind man behind the desk said, " don't worry, we've got you.". I'm so grateful to him. Thank you!

This hotel is amazing it was super clean and the staff was extraordinary. Check out is noon so plenty of time to eat the amazing breakfast they prepared. Work out or enjoy other amenities. Then finish by refreshing in their amazing shower to check out feeling refreshed.

Great hotel for our needs. Upon check in we were given a room upgrade as Diamond members but not the snacks. The location was perfect, lots of grocery and fast restaurant options within walking distance. Easy access to highways for all the things we did during our stay. Plenty of free parking. The rooms were comfortable. The gym was a nice size with a nice amount of natural light but the attachments for one machine were missing. The outdoor pool looked nice but it was rainy. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn and well stocked.

I cannot say enough about how nice the staff at this Hampton made our stay. One of my parents was admitted to Duke, but their transfer to the hospital kept getting delayed. Joseph, at the front desk, continuously worked with us, holding our reservations active, but pushing them out as needed. He also worked to accommodate us in so many other ways as well. Everyone at the hotel made us feel special and welcomed, and the hotel itself was modern, clean, and inviting. The outdoor pool and surrounding area was nicely maintained, with fresh towels readily available, a clean restroom (very convenient to have by the pool area), and newer furnishings. The gym was very nice, with a nice selection of newer equipment. Wipes and towels were available in the gym as well. Within close walking distance (1 to 2 block walk), you have a nice grocery and selection of restaurants. The free parking and breakfast are also nice perks. The area was quiet (no loud radios or cars driving by), but close to everything we had any need for. I HIGHLY recommend you consider this hotel if staying in Raleigh. Keep up the great work!

Great clean hotel, with good amenities and free breakfast, friendly staff and in a great location close to everything and a grocery store right outside of the hotel. I found nothing to complain about. Room was spotless and we really loved that.

The staff was wonderful however there is no hot water. When we first arrived on Friday it was after a 9 hour drive and we had an event to prepare for that evening. Imagine how upsetting it was to discover no hot water for a shower. It was tepid at best. I stopped by the front desk on the way out to ask if they could correct. They said the room above us said the same thing. The next day in preparation for a black tie event that evening we needed more hot water and STILL DID NOT have any. My advice is do NOT stay in any of the rooms ending in 13 corner suite cause the only amenity you won’t have is hot water. An extremely disappointing stay. We paid just under $500 for a 2 night stay and all the other amenities could go away but hot water is an expected staple in a hotel. We were not the only room complaining about this.

Nice hotel & staff but the one amenity that was important to us when choosing where to stay was an EV charger. This is the second time we've stayed here, the last time was in August '22. Neither time have the chargers worked. We called ahead this stay, to give this hotel a second chance. They said they were working. They are not! Not cool 😒 Very disappointing and misleading! Please fix the chargers or remove from amenities list.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is conveniently located off the interstate and across the street from a grocery store and restaurants. I am disabled in a wheelchair and needed a room with accommodations. The room was beautiful and clean with the space that I needed to maneuver around the room and bathroom with no problems. The power went out for about 15 minutes due to an outside issue that was clearly out of the hotels control, but I received a personal call to my room from the GM and she showed me a sincere apology regarding the issue and ask if there was anything I needed during time. The hospitality that I received from the front desk staff members and general manager was very welcoming from my arrival to my departure. So if you ever in town and looking for a hotel with great amenities, clean rooms, wonderful service, and a convenient location from the interstate, this would be the perfect place to stay.

It's a nice Hampton Inn and only a couple of years old. I've stayed in the suite which is nice and also a regular room. Both had a microwave and small fridge. The staff is friendly and nice. The hotel is walking distance from various stores. Just watch for cars while walking across the main street. Cutting to and from Six Forks Rd is a nice shortcut from and to a lot of places especially considering leaving towards Wake Forest Rd can get clogged up a little. The fitness room is nice and relatively new like the hotel. I tried jogging around the hotel but there's not a good route that isn't too hilly. Breakfast is nice too.

Everything was great! I am very picky when it comes to hotels I hate stains on the pillow cases and sheets and hair in the shower which is usually a common issue in hotels but not this one I went to meet my boyfriends family during thanksgiving and I was so comfortable the Christmas decorations outside and in the lobby was so cuteee it was a lot of available parking it looks like it’s been renovated the rooms are nice and clean no hair in the showers, sinks, floor, bed etc the sheets had no stains and trust me I checked them all the couch was clean bed was comfortable nice size tv WiFi was pretty normal speed I really had no complaints the workers at the front desk lobby worked fast and they were all very nice the shower had multiple settings of intensity that you can change it to the AC/heating system worked great I will say the bathroom has no fan which wasn’t a problem because it was only my boyfriend and I but just bring spray if needed they do serve breakfast from 6am - 10:00 or 10:30 every morning and room service was nice and came every morning to give towels and tissue and change the trash bags out overall whenever I come to Raleigh this is where I will be thank you for the amazing service

Great location . Waking distance to Starbucks, Wegmann’s grocery store across the street and other food places. The hotel was built 3 years ago and it looks and smells new. Fire pit outside to relax around….. Best Hampton I’ve been to in terms of quietness!!! As it should be!

Great stay! Every single staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. I never felt like a bother. The waffle batter dispenser ran out about 9:45 and the lady working brought out more no problem. The dispenser was broken however, but another worker came over and helped us get some out. Front desk was great. Room was great! Clean and cool. Kids were thrilled to find youtube app on the tv. Pool is nice. The hotel is super convenient to all kinds of stores and restaurants (we came to go to a show at The Ritz), but is kind of behind everything so its not on a super busy road. Wish I could live there.

I've never stayed at an affordable hotel and had 5 star service. Beds were very comfortable, rooms very clean, and the breakfast bar is the first one I've been to where it actually last until 10:00. It was kept constantly cleaned, and tasted great. Sunny and Reggie are the stars of our stay with how they care for guests in the morning. It's also close to a shopping center so you get anything you need.

This is my favorite hotel in Raleigh. The staff is always gracious. On my most recent business trip there was an issue with my room and Golena at the front desk quickly solved the problem by transferring me to another room, upgraded me and even came to my room to deliver the new keys. Great staff, great atmosphere and great location.

Hotel was good, everything is clean. However during the check in we had a pet, and on the front desk they even didn’t mentioned about pet fee, and at the checkout they changed me for 53.63$ for one night. I think that any kind of charges should be mentioned prior, especially when you spend 200$ per night

Clean, fresh room, great location and service. I don't usually comment on front desk employees, but Jamar was outstanding. Knowledgeable, efficient, genuine and delightful, but did not waste my time. I was exhausted and stressed when I arrived in Raleigh for a brief stay. Jamar took great care of me with an early check-in (he also moved swiftly to fix a billing error post-departure). The room was sizable and super clean, and the hotel itself is in a quiet area with quick and easy access to the highways or downtown Raleigh. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Family member was in the hospital close by after a major surgery and I was able to get a room quickly. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is very nice & clean. There's a pool, workout room, small bar and free breakfast in the morning. I was only staying 2 days but am extending to 3 because they also gave me a discount for having a family member in the hospital. Very pleased. Highly recommend

Emile was great. The room was clean, clean and did I say clean. The woman positioned to oversee breakfast is HORRIBLE with a bad attitude. If she doesn't want the position, she should recognize her strengths and pursue that because hospitality isn't it. In addition every cheese omelet was scorched and the grits had sugar in them. Why would you put sugar in grits when everyone doesn't eat them like that?? Why?? The hotel is located near a plethora of options from dining to shopping.

    * Edited to respond to owner response to my review. You're website states that your pool is heated, so either edit the website to indicate that the pool is no longer heated or make that information available upon booking. I reduced my rating from 3 stars to 2 since now either the company can't keep a website updated or the responder is misinforming me. Recently stayed here for 2 nights visiting friends. The main lobby is spacious and inviting. Very clean. Lots of staff about. Check in for Hiltons is a breeze using the app, as is the room key and layout information. It's May 1st and the pool was still not open. Major bummer on a sunny, 85 degree day. One of the reasons we booked the hotel in the first place, so huge disappointment there. Top floor corner suite is large but underutilized. Lots of empty floor space with tiny furniture. Could easily fit a king bed but instead has a queen. Pullout Bed from couch was lumpy and thin. Main Bed was comfortable but the pillows were some of the worst I've ever experienced at a 2 or better starred hotel. 3x of them barely equaled the height of 1x regular sized pillow. Sheets were not breathable. 1 ac unit but no ability to have the fan running continuously. Heat or ac...no fan. So the worst feature of the room was the fact that the toilet and the shower were in the same, separate room in the bathroom. So if someone was using the bathroom, one couldn't use the shower or vice versa. Horrible configuration for a room that supposedly sleeps 4. And the water temps were wildly inconsistent. And service staff was warm and friendly, but definitely couldn't keep up with the weekend demand. Breakfast was gobbled up quickly and it took too long for refreshments to restock. We asked to have our towels replaced, garbage taken and bed made over the course of the afternoon but nothing was done 10 hours later. Quick to fix that but would've been nice to have it done upon arrival. I feel as if COVID policy of not making up a room after EVERY day of your stay has just been an excuse to work less now. Enough is enough. So all in all, an average stay. Wouldn't return for some of the quirks in the rooms' layout, management dropping the ball on relaying the message to clean our room, and the fact that the pool wasn't open May 1st.

This appears to be a new hotel. It's very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I stay at Hilton owned hotels and my last 2 stays at Hilton hotels were subpar for what I've become accustomed to with this company. As far as this hotel inarticulate, I am happy. There are all sorts of accommodations and it's very modern, up to date, and clean! Highly recommended!

Everything is wonderful. Felt very welcome at "Hello". Rooms and bedding sanitized and clean. Looks brand new. We feel very comfortable and safe. Thank you for making our stay special.

Room was perfect and clean. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good. I don't know what they did with the orange juice but it was the best orange juice I've ever tasted in a hotel before. The only issue I had was the water was not as hot as I like it in the shower. Everything else was wonderful. The traffic coming out of the hotel is kind of bad, but just apply 10-15 more minutes to your trip when leaving.

I stayed here for a wedding for three days. The location is good with a walking distance for grocery. The hotel provides good breakfast and the lady working there is so nice and welcoming. Free coffee and tea what else can a Brit ask for. Only regret forgetting my speaker in the room.👍
