I moved here from out of state, “site unseen” as is said. I’ve been here for two years. The initial management company was horrible, particularly the leasing consultant that ill-advised me. (I was told I’d have a garden style tub and look out onto the tree line. I have an uncomfortably designed stand up shower only, and look out onto New Bern Avenue ... the pipeline of a Raleigh ghetto). The new management team is good. This is an earnest review intended to help prevent others from making the mistakes we made. If you are looking for a “bedroom community,” where you spend the majority of your time away from your living community, you might be very happy here. The apartments are beautiful! We’ve never had insect or rodent problems, and maintenance responds in a timely manner to what little we’ve ever needed. The amenities are gorgeous (minus the ill-equipped or tended -to dog parks). I still can’t get my head around why this well constructed and planned community is located in Southeast Raleigh. THIS IS THE PROBLEM. We hear gunshots at night, and police reports document gunshots fired within the community. There are no decent restaurants or shopping nearby (unless you love Bojangles and Walmart). I am afraid to walk my dog or go to the mailboxes alone at night, and carry mace and a siren. This is all honest and factual. It’s such a shame. We love our apartment! However, non-residents coming in to use the amenities makes me avoid them, and being a new-build, there is virtually no mature landscaping/trees. It feels very urban, as in brick and mortar. Needless to say, we are leaving. A most accurate and telling name to consumers, would be, Villages on New Bern Avenue.

Highly do not recommend anyone leasing at this property and with this company. This company will scam you out of your money!!! I had an issue with them trying to double charge me for the pet fees, paying for valet trash pickup but nobody would ever come pick it up, paying to use the computer but you can only use it during there business hours and your time use is limited. They claim to be a non-smoking community but yet people smoke all around the property. Definitely do your research on the area as this is considered a “bad” area and your car WILL get broken into. The office staff will enter your home with or WITHOUT your permission which I feel as though is rude and an invasion of privacy. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone, the apartments are definitely not worth what they are asking for. Also, let’s not mention the fact that the walls are PAPER THIN! You literally can hear your neighbor clear & even when loud music is being played all night, complain in doesn’t do anything. Literally NOTHING! I lived here for a year & was very miserable the entire time but especially once this new company took over…. I guess they realized it wasn’t a good investment so they are making everyone else pay for their issue. I highly suggest looking elsewhere… don’t let this community fool you by its looks.

Ms. Jennifer is awesome. Her customer service is some of the best I have ever encountered. She is patient and kind and very willing to help in anyway that she can. I’d like to even say she goes above and beyond. Her residents are well taken care of, because she truly cares. I had plenty of questions today, and she took time out of her schedule and thoroughly answered each and every one. I’m leaving the RDU area but I will truly miss her and never forget her as she has provided some of the best customer service that I have ever encountered in all my years of living. Thank you Bell Partners for hiring this gem.

The new company that took over here is Bell Partners. I have lived in their managed properties before and they are really trying to improve things. The staff is responsive, including maintenance. They are fixing the apartments and property correctly, getting food trucks for residents and the staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. We just moved out, but I wish they would have been the company owning Villages at Raleigh Beach when we moved in. I am confident we would not have had the negative experience we did with Bell Partners.

Britney and her new hire sidekick were absolutely amazing when walking me through the apartment tour! They have beautiful personality’s and covered every single thing about the apartment and then some! I submitted my application to call this place home! These apartments are about one year old and absolutely beautiful. They offer all the amenities you could want!I look forward to seeing these ladies again am calling this place my home!

Just based on our experience viewing this apartment, Bekah has been amazing! She is a very down to earth, genuinely a nice individual. She was very thorough during our tour and answered all of our questions. She even responded to us after hours when we expected no response until the following day. I am truly impressed with her and can say she is by far the nicest person I’ve worked with while living in apartments for the last 8 years. We are so excited for our move in day!

Cannot express how happy I am with living here! The staff, amenities and people are amazing. My husband and I were in a terrible apartment situation a few months ago and were searching desperately to find a new place to call home. We were experiencing major health issues and had to get out! I contacted Britney one random day, and were immediately moved in just a few days later! She was so responsive, helpful and made the process so easy!

Would recommend this neighborhood. Quiet, and very nice. I never had an issue with noisy neighbors. They have a security car patrol starting in the evenings throughout the night. The amenities are worth it. The pool area is kept clean indoor and outdoors. They have grills, cabanas, plenty of seating. The gym has all you need when it comes to any cardio, calisthenics and weightlifting. The game room is a nice touch. Any requests you need you can email the office, use the resident app and put any maintenance request through or just simply call and you’re helped immediately. The location is pretty much close to a lot of places. The inside of the apartments are nice and spacious. The office staff are helpful when requests are needed. Thanks to Kana & Jennifer for everything. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay I definitely recommend checking this complex out since it has a bit of everything.

Bekah, you manage to go above and beyond for every piece of job that you do especially with your tenants and I for sure. Your dedication to achieving positive outcomes has been astonishing. When a person's life has change like mine becoming disabled and not able to do the things one use to is very hard for an individual. You and your maintenance staff have been exceptionally phenomenal and you’ll go far for so many reasons. I want you to know that you do such an amazing job here at Villages of Raleigh Beach. Next to excellence is the appreciation to it. That's how I can describe you and your maintenance staff. You’re always available to assist me and your care towards others is commendable. “You’re someone who makes a difference every day. So grateful.” “Thank you. My dad moved here not to long ago and Conna at the front office so kind and helpful, during the application process she is sooo AMAZING. She is really amazing making everything as painless as possible, also this apartment complex is really nice and peaceful the apartment that my dad moved into is a big one bedroom so spacious and nice.

The staff here is AMAZING! Fakeala has been such a huge help. This is my first time renting in North Carolina and she provided quick, detailed responses. The amenities are plentiful and the apartment is beautiful. Would definitely recommend renting with this company!

Maurice deserves an a plus+ For his prompt help in finding the leak in the upstairs apartment. On a holiday. He was positive and competent and explained the cause. I appreciate. I didn’t want to call but there was a problem. Thanks for taking care of this with a competent person !!!!

I have been here for almost three years now starting January and I love this place and management. Jason in management is very kind and helps with all needs! Maintainer workers are very quick and respectful when coming in. All the pictures on the website look exactly how everything is shown, I am staying here another year because I love this place and can sleep at night knowing I’m in a safe place as a single female.

Just want to give Kudos to Fakeala, she is awesome, from our initial visit to the processing until we became part of the Villages community . Fakeala is excellent in customer service , very pleasant and approachable. Nice community , quiet and safe .

Kana was amazing ! we did a tour with her and she showed us two apartments and was very sufficient and attentive to us. She helped walk us through the application process and answered any questions we had effectively. We chose this apartment because of her ! 🥰

Maurice from maintenance did an excellent job assisting me today very fast and friendly. I also loved the patience he had when showing me how to use my appliances I definitely will be requesting him in the future!

I have been living in this apartment complex for nearly two years. The first six months were a bit bumpy, as the old management company did not do a good job. However, since Bell Partners has taken over management, I have noticed a lot of great changes and quality of life improvements. Kana, Ana, and Jennifer at the leasing office have been very informative, helpful, and considerate when handling any questions or concerns I've had. My favorite aspect of this apartment are the amenities in the clubhouse and the pool area! They do a fantastic job maintaining the cleanliness of the gym and game room areas. The added bonus of living here is I get some pretty awesome sunsets!

I must say from the time I have moved here, everyone has just been a blessing to me. The maintenance team is phenomenal they always go beyond and out for me. I must speak on one particular gentleman, Maurice Gore. My husband passed away 2 weeks ago, and Maurice has been tentative to my situations and needs regarding my apartment and me. During this time of the loss of my husband, it has been difficult. Maurice has extended his service and willingness to accommodate me in any way necessary. Poor customer service. I am in customer service myself and if I ever talked to a customer the way these people do I would be fired on the spot. Poor communication. Just poor all around. I pay $25 for valet trash to be picked up each night. Well I received a note on my door saying that MY TRASH IS TO HEAVY to take. Ok fine whatever take it to the dumpster myself but if I’m doing it myself then I need to be refined that $25 to my account because IM DOING IT MYSELF but the nastiness this place presents is baffling. This is also not the first time the dumpster has looked like this. I would think if it continues to look like this the absurd rules for valet trash should be revised. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The amount of problems I’ve had is unreal. Bell partners only sees you as a number they do not care about your time or anything for that matter. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The new office staff has been consistently helpful with all of my random needs. They are friendly and supportive. The neighborhood is quiet with well kept amenities.

I have been living here for almost a year now! Brittney and Bekah are very helpful & sweet. and maintenance guy are awesome! They are Quick, nice and friendly. I’ve only had a couple issues with upstairs neighbors being loud. But other than that a nice area to live in!

Hello, I’m currently residing at a local sister property — I have a girl friend seeking a new apartment home but not quite where I’m residing. I came in and Mrs. Rebekah greeted me immediately, provided me with all the information necessary for my girl friend and provided me with such a great tour. She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I’m hoping this property is a good fit for my friend because it has such much to offer in the price range she’s desiring.

FIVE STARS FOR SURE!! I have had a wonderful experience from touring, applying, signing my lease, and moving in at Raleigh Beach. My partner & I came in last weekend without an appointment and we’re greeted by Kana, who was able to show us around the community and even tour the unit we ended up leasing. The application process was smooth, and Rebekah assisted with any questions I had throughout the process. We were able to move in within 5 days of our tour and LOVE our new home.

My boyfriend and I were anxious about finding a new home to live in. After researching countless apartments, we stumbled upon The Villages at Raleigh Beach. We thought well, why the heck not, it’s worth a shot. Starting from the website, it looks like it was well put together and looks like the makers really put time and effort into saying just the right things to grab your attention. We called and asked to set up a tour with Britney. Britney made us feel welcome from the get go and was extremely kind. Britney has by far been the best apartment lease provider we have ever meet. If you ever get a chance to meet and walk through the apartment complex with Britney- you will NOT be let down. I have been so pleased and so amazed with the customer service and apartment complex. We fall in love with this place more and more every day. Pictures do not speak for how beautiful this apartment complex is compared to in person. I am 110% proud and happy to say how much I love to call this place my home.
