Atmosphere and hygienic was fantastic. But Serve timing wast taken too much.. And chicken gravy based all chicken based dish was same taste .. slightly only taste differ .. My opinion Briyani was super.. Remaining want improvement..

Both chicken🐔 and mutton🐐 Biriyani are good... Infact Biriyani is top notch in this hotel.. Especially the bread halwa the provided is too good. Ac is not in ON when I visited , other side dishes are not bad and not good as well. Customer service satisfaction is 4/5 overall satisfied.

3 or 4 times I tried chicken briyani in same teast and especially in grill chicken must try once and then most favorite royal falooda 😍 mixing lot of fruit 😋 and ice-cream location in Ramnad must try once your friends or family.

One of the best briyani... Wonderful flavours... Just enjoyed the food. Nicely seasoned and perfectly grilled emperor fish! Price was worth the flavours, service and ambience. Hope, the hotel maintain their standards.

During our visit to Rameshwaram, we decided to try out Khalias Biriyani for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment fell short of our expectations, prompting us to provide an honest review. Firstly, we had hoped for an authentic biriyani experience, especially considering the potential Bengali influence in the kitchen. However, we were disappointed to find that the biriyani lacked the flavors and taste that we had anticipated. The excessive use of masalas overwhelmed the dish, ultimately detracting from our enjoyment and making it a lackluster meal. Customer service is an essential aspect of any dining experience, and unfortunately, the servers at Khalias Biriyani failed to meet our expectations. Their lack of attentiveness and poor knowledge of customer service were evident throughout our visit. We felt overlooked and neglected, with little effort made to ensure our satisfaction or address any concerns we had. Furthermore, the washing area at the restaurant left much to be desired. It was poorly maintained and unclean, which was not only unhygienic but also contributed to a negative overall impression of the establishment. Attention to cleanliness and maintaining a pleasant dining environment are crucial aspects that Khalias Biriyani should address to provide a more inviting experience for their customers. Considering our disappointing dining experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend Khalias Biriyani to anyone seeking an enjoyable meal in Rameshwaram. The lackluster taste of the biriyani, coupled with subpar customer service and a poorly maintained washing area, made for a less-than-pleasant visit. It is our hope that Khalias Biriyani takes these critiques constructively and makes improvements in the areas of food quality, customer service, and overall cleanliness. It's a good place for briyani lovers. But price is bit high for all the dishes. We tried chicken briyani, pepper BBQ, both of them were good. It will cost over 2000-3000 rupees for 5 persons to try 5 to 6 dishes. The problem we faced was there was no water in the water jug, hand wash basin was not cleaned properly, water blocked in one of the basins and looked disgusting. When people come to eat and goes to hand wash and see that kinda things in wash basin how will we eat after seeing that. When we asked for seconds like bread halwa and mayonnaise, the table attendant (waiter) looked at us like we are asking his personal property, he should bring what we ordered which is available in hotel. That's why hotel appointed him in that position, we just asked for seconds, we asked politely why should he give that look. Management should tell them how to behave themselves.

Had a worst experience here The food that we had caused severe health issues,everyone faced food poisoning. Being a famous restaurent in town, People trust that they are getting a good quality food for what they are paying. Kids and old people are having food here and the restaurent must cook quality food. Totally a worst and $hittest experience If you do care about your family and their health please do not go to this restaurent If you still want to have food here you can go there at your own risk.

Shawarma taste not Upto mark . They are serving cold . No proper coordination between the order taker and food preparer and server . Dated 30/12/23 ordered 8 shawarma (bill amount 1200 )all dine in but served in cold conditions and taste inferior. Soon they will loose all valued customers . Reason they are saying that preparing fresh , if so why need to give in cold conditions? No answers from them

Best restaurant in RAMNAD for Biriyani and good atmosphere to spend with your family. I felt the quality of food and the service is extraordinary. Well if you are planning for eat Mutton biryani in this hotel by 2.30 PM then you can't. Such a crowd and it will be over by 2 pm itself.BEST RESTAURANT (RAMANATHAPURAM)

Taste wise Good. Price little bit high. Service was worst once the first time order taken again once delivered the food that's all. After that no one visited our table at least for asking water!!!Even they came to close the bill we went and ask them and paid. Poor service....

1.Foods served here are okay. 2.Not too grate nor too bad. 3.But the wash area is bad and smelly 4.You can witness a million rats 🐀 living in the sofa in their dining area. I did complain but they are least bothered about it and they laughed when I commented on this! The last complaint raised by me and their reaction was pretty shocking!

One of the worst food and service experiences I have ever had. The food is simply oily and lacking in taste. I ordered curry leaves chicken, shawarma platter, grill chicken, and chicken fried rice, along with chicken soup, and all of them tasted bad. I have been to Azima, Anifa, and Real Arabian in Ramanathapuram before, but this was my first time at Khalids. I had hoped that the taste would match Karaikudi Khalid's, but what a terrible experience it turned out to be. Upon entering the restaurant, it felt like stepping into a movie theater, where visibility was challenging due to the dim lighting. Additionally, the AC was ineffective, and the fans were non-adjustable, resulting in inadequate airflow. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, with fewer than ten people dining at 8 PM on a Saturday, there were an excessive number of service staff who made the experience uncomfortable. Most of them seemed preoccupied with their phones, and one even gave me a rude response when I asked him to turn on the fan! I have dined at many restaurants, but I have never been so disappointed in terms of both food and service. I can assure you that you'll have a much better experience and value for your money at the nearby Azima restaurant.

Very good place staffs are more humble I specially recommend to taste their special BBQ which tastes like out of the world

Had Tandoori chicken, good taste. Empty or egg briyani - not available, so ordered Chicken Briyani. Briyani rice taste was Good but chicken was hard and could not have it.

"Authentic Flavors, Fantastic Service!" The culinary journey at KHALIDS BIRIYANI was outstanding. The spices in the chicken curry were just right, and the staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Highly recommended for those craving authentic non-veg dishes.

Here the first part I'm going to write here is good about this because the positive comments the Khalids Biryani I'm gonna write few that what it's worth for ... 1. The ambience is good . 2. The taste of the food is good . 3. It's Shawarma Plate is too good and worth for it's cost. Other than this I'm not wishing to tell any goodness about this Restaurant. The consequences : 1. The first thing i got irritated about their order of supplying the dishes. They are supplying the dish at last What we asked to give at first . (Experience : i ordered for Shawarma Plate with that itself asked to bring Butterscotch milkshake. They gave shawarma but not milkshake . I between also i am asking for it . But they didn't responded. Atlast they were saying there is no milk to make milkshake. It shows their poor management about food supply and their responsibility about taking order. They need to calculative about how much materials they're having with that how much they can serve and all those things. 2. With Shawarma Plate every other hotel is offering mayonnaise. But here they're giving Mayo after asked for it only . And it was also only one cup of mayonnaise for 2 plate shawarma which they were cost for Rs.143 rupees/Plate shawarma(without CGST and SGST). I can't agree that if they say giving Mayonnaise makes extra cost. 3. Then I ordered for tandoori ½, There i asked for Mayonnaise as dip even i told that I don't want tomato sauce and soya sauce, i just asked for Mayonnaise dip . For that also they are charging extra , i denied for that too. Overall review As customer satisfaction it is zero And their management at its atmost low. I can surely they will not reply for this tooo.. Bcoz I'm not sure about their management team would be aware of these reviews.
