Pathetic north and south indian food, basic staff services missing, not recommended. Even I requested them to courier missed ID card multiple instances, but it was never done.

Newly constructed hotel with fully furnished rooms with smart technology. Pricing will be in the costlier side consideration the facilities. Restaurant is good for non vegetarian lovers.

Good hotel for a day's stay. Restaurant available with ok food quality. Rooms are excellent and we'll maintained. Cinema hall downstairs, supermarket and food court are also available to take care of your needs.

Rooms are very well maintained. Friendly staff. Only drawback is the restaurant opens only at 7.30 a.m and they don't serve coffe for early raisers. Most of the people visit near by pilgrimage sites during early hours and a coffee would really help kicking off the day.

Very worst experience 😭 no extra bed provided. No proper response from anyone. We ordered for 3 members but we got only 2 beds no response till midnight. Better choose any other best hotel nearby in ramanathapuram

Very Good property in the town, but the way it is being managed is left to be desired a lot. The staff have to be trained adequately for hospitality. There is clear lack of directions to the support staff. Maintenance is poor. The amenities and the rooms are very good, a few corrections here and there will make the hotel topnotch.

Needs maintenance. Buffet breakfast was very average. The air-conditioner was not working properly

Stayed in a Deluxe room with family. Very spacious one for a 2+2 family.. Courteous staff. Quality of amenities was among the Business executives class. Had comfortable sleep. Karuveppillai restaurant was good. enjoyed the veg food there. It has too many non veg items in the menu - couldn't try them as I was on a trip to visit nearby temples.

Rooms are very good and spacious. Hotel location also good to reach. Proper parking space is available. Room tariffs are reasonable and hotel ambience also excellent. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to service you. Restaurant taste also good. Best to stay with family who ever plans for trips and business meets

Stayed in deluxe room for couple of days. Extremely friendly support staffs. Very good and tasty foods. In fact the hotel management was kind enough to provide our complimentary breakfast as late as 12 pm as we had been to rameshwaram temple early in the morning. Well maintained rooms. Extremely clean wash rooms. Bed spreads towels and dental kits were changed daily. Very good wifi connections as well. Only complaint is lack of some channels in the satellite TV. But its not an issue as we stayed in the room only during the night.

Rooms are big. But service is very poor. For the price we pay, it's not worth it. No towels given. Bathrooms were not clean when we checked in. Tv was not functioning, Door keys were not working. Even after raising multiple requests the person with middle aged with specs not even bothered to hear us. Worst behaviour, reception guys were better compared to that old man, may be it's his hotel or something, if you can't give proper service then don't rent the place. We are not staying in your place for free. Just skip this place for good.

Very comfortable, clean and homely. The staff are friendly and the food is nice. Basically, it has all that you require for a comfortable hotel stay. If I have to point out a negative, it would be that the night duty staff at the reception are not very well versed with English or Hindi and can only speak in Tamil. All in all the hotel is pretty top notch and the attached mall in it's premises makes it all the more convenient.

All are good, but i don't recommend rooms above the theatre. The residency was at the top of a shopping mall

Location is good. Water was salty. Complimentary breakfast had only idly, dosa and bread. Could have added some more varieties.

Rooms ok. Services are too bad. Specially if u want to eat food you have to wait atleast one hour for serving.

Good rooms and a decent restaurant in the hotel

I am a Desi Tramp on holidays touring Rameswaram and nearby places, keeping Ramanathapuram as a base. Golden Residency was a pleasant surprise with the quality I wasn't expecting in Ramanathapuram. Was surprised to find superlative furnishings and fittings including Grohè plumbing. Service was superb and a total surprise. I was even treated to a last minute discounted settlement on my final bill as I was heavily overshot for vacating the room, thanks to delayed return from Dhanushkoti. The manager on duty offered to check with owners and recommend for a discount on the final bill and prevailed on it, true to his word. If room quality and service were a surprise, the discounted final bills were the icing on the cake. Could not have asked for more. Good on you guys, you covered yourself in glory. Can't thank you enough. 👌👏

Rooms are not maintained well... balcony is a worst one...we asked them to clean...no response..very bad service... complementary breakfast had nothing....tolerating all this, when settling the bill, the guy in the reception said he will send the balance by gpay...but he haven't...maked lot of calls but no response... very cheating guys and cheap guys... PLEASE STEP AWAY FROM THUS HOTEL ...
