The
hotel
staff
and
The
Oyo
manager
of
that
area
are
cheaters.
We
booked
the
hotel
made
all
payments
to
Oyo
and
when
we
reached
hotel
at
night
after
the
tiring
travel
the
hotel
front
desk
one
uncultured
fellow
denied
to
give
us
the
room
and
he
was
laughing
on
our
face
with
that
taunting
laugh
he
told
us
to
do
whatever
we
want
but
he
won't
give
us
the
room
as
they
had
some
issue
with
Oyo
but
still
they
were
taking
room
booking
from
oyo...
It
was
around
9
o'clock
n
being
new
to
that
place
it
was
a
horrific
time
due
to
the
hotel
ppl
and
Oyo.
That
hotel
front
desk
staff
was
so
uncultured..
There
were
a
total
of
three
front
desk
staff
among
them
two
were
fine
while
one
boy
tall
with
good
physic
was
such
a
rude
n
uncultured
guy
he
don't
have
the
courtesy
to
talk
to
a
guest
who
come
to
the
hotel
after
a
tiring
travel.
That
fellow
didn't
had
the
courtesy
of
talking
to
a
lady,
he
was
so
arrogant
he
didn't
gave
us
room
and
he
shouted
on
us
because
we
said
please
don't
laugh
on
our
situation
we
are
already
tired
and
it
was
irritating
wen
a
person
without
understanding
the
pain
laugh
on
other
person
situation.
It
is
very
bad
from
Oyo
side
we
tried
for
more
than
two
hours
but
we
couldn't
reach
Oyo
customer
service
and
the
area
manager
instead
of
helping
was
fooling
us.
I
would
request
everyone
to
stop
trusting
Oyo
they
are
now
playing
with
the
trust
they
got
from
the
ppl.
