One is the worst experience that i ever had. The owner of the hotel was too rude and did not have minimum commonsense on how to speak with a customer. I was so polite while asking for a discount, this guy was so rude shouting at me even though my tone was so low. The staff doesn't have minimum etiquette on how to deal with the customers. They were so rude, i was just inquiring about anything possible for some discount as we didn't use AC for the whole night. We know it's not possible but we just checked for our options. Please don't opt for this hotel stay. They really need to learn how to handle (Speak) customers.

Awesome place for stay 2 or more days

We stayed in this hotel for two days. Due to heavy rush during independence day long weekend, hotel manager asked 7.5k/day for two rooms. Also he denied taking charges online by saying that we have to pay extra 12% for tax. Don't understand this. On second day, we went to reception and asked to change the bedsheets. In reply he replied very rudely " Why you need new bedsheet. Tomorrow 11 am you will go". After five minutes of rude talk, he told his staff to give the bedsheets. So guys if you don't have any option then come here.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. They charged me Rs. 400 for dormitory, but it was just a hall on the roof with two dirty toilets. Even the locker was not clean. The manager doesn't know how to behave with customers. I had to simply check out within two hours. My honest advice is to stay away from this hotel.

Extremely rude person on the phone. On the website it is given as pet friendly. When I enquired he said NO, it must have been put as pet friendly for more patronage and calls. When enquired again, he said, "Why are you asking twice? Don't you understand the words I just said?" in very crude Tamil. This type of hotels should not exist. It is easily known that this must just be a place to carry out grey/black business run by some highly incompetent people. STAY AWAY.

The rooms are small, but okay. There's a delay in services like Wifi, hot water, even breakfast is not included, although mentioned on their profile. Staff is unfriendly, no etiquettes of having a proper conversation. Even 1-star is a little too much. Absolutely not recommended.

Do not west your money to book this hotel room quality not good very suffocated. Staf behavior is very bad they have no manner to talk even though it is not safe for female. Over all experience is very bad in term of room room, service and their hospitality. There room is highly packed no ventilation, smelling, dirty bed sheet, do not provide water and do not help in bringing lague during check in check out. Strongly recommend do not book this hotel me and my family suffer a lot.

O marks for service and especially for the manager.. manager is a big fraud.. he is taking online bookings and not giving the rooms, moreover when asked for money refund, he didn't respond

Rooms were neat and clean but the rate per day is higher If check is at 10pm and check out is at 10 am this should be extended for 24 hour from the time of entry of the customer In our case we lodged at 10 pm but we were supposed to vacate at 12 pm itself for half a day changing full day amount is wrong.

Location is good near to temple, but hotel rooms and services are not good.

Worst experience.. owner sits in front of hotel and checking what you bring inside room. No foods allowed inside the room but he asked us to eat in the top floor 4th floor. That's very dirty and no lift. Please don't choose this hotel.

It's ok as neer to the Rameswaram temple. I gave 2500 per room for 1 room having 3 bed,which is little costly.But you will get room for Rs/- 1700/1800 walking distance from the temple. And Auto or Car couldn't reach there you will have to walk , which neer by and many hotels and lodge are there. If you are ଓଡ଼ିଆ there you will find Rameswaram Hotel(also written in ଓଡ଼ିଆ) only for good food. And many other hotels are there like Punjabi,gujurati,.... From there will get Auto to local Bus for Madurai at Rs/- 100/150 max.

! AWFUL EXPERIENCE ! This will be the worst hotel experience you will ever have. Please do not even think of checking in here. They charge more than they should for a filthy and extremely tiny room. Don't expect a room service or even a general maintenance in there. They don't have a licence for running a hotel. Of the two rooms we checked in, one had a leaking A/C and was charged to make a change of room. Also we were told we cannot leave the hotel before the rental period ended. (We decided to leave on the first day due to their poor behavior). The reception and the rooms are filled with flies which shows their poor maintenance. There are many three star hotels which charges lesser than HOTEL BLUE STAR and have amenities at least a hundred times more than this. They don't give a tax bill but a hand written bit notice. Please do note we had a worst experience in the so called BEST SUPER DELUXE rooms they had. HOTEL BLUE STAR,RAMESWARAM SUCKS BIG TIME !

Room is okay good but they is no window for natural light. When light is going some rooms are completely black. Service is okay.

Not worth the prices! Small rooms, dirty bed sheets and pillows. Need to call and request people for each n every services by the way they don’t provide any service. The worst part is they were charging extra for every small thing such as checking out half hour late.

We have booked 2 standard rooms. The rooms are not hygienic. Heater was not working properly. WiFi is also not working. Poor room service, no towels & soap provided during the stay. Overall it was a bad experience.

I would say this is the worst hotel i stayed in....... extremely small rooms, so untidy, no room service, not enough light in the rooms, A.C. remotes doesn't work, no ventilation in the room, the taps were a leak 24hrs, combined washroom bathroom that to so small and when you are taking bath in that there is no support to stop water to go in the bathroom........... All in all it's my worst experience and the manager was also extremely rude not supportive at all I would prefer if someone is planning to go to that hotel plzz don't you will simply waste your time and money.......

No lift Staff didn't have courtesy to get the baggage from room during checkout. When requested , he denied and said you need to get it . During booking (check in) they took from my car to the room .

Okay for your night stay, as you will be busy on sightseeing and temples for the day, perfect budget option and it’s close to the temple. Bathrooms are okay but feel little salty water.

Good neat and clean hotel with neat and tidy bathrooms. Rameswaram temple is at a walkable distance the front entrance is around (500) meters walkable distance. The sea shore is around 800 meters away. Easy access from Kochi Dhanushkodi highway. And a covered car parking facility is provided by a hotel nearby for free. The hotel is located on a quiet street very near to the main road.
