A calm and quite beach which spans a large distance. You need to drive through unpaved gravel road parallel to sea. Go towards the location marked as public toilet. There you have changing rooms and bathing facilities after bathing at sea. The sea is very calm in the days we visited and itโ€™s just like having a swim in a pond. The water looks dirty with dust particles hovering around. Iโ€™m some days jelly fishes do roam around. So be bit cautious when having a bath. No any lifeguards on duty here. The beach is pretty much vacant.

This place situated on Mannar. You can reach here from town of Mannar via hospital road. Road is good but bit difficult about 1 km with narrowing. Bus can go in that road. There is heavy sunshine during day time and best to visit in the evening. Very calm beech and no heavy waves. Suitable for bath even kids safely. Clean place and not much famous yet. Villagers also cooperative and they are also surrounded in this place and safety is guaranteed.parking space is available and safe.

This is one of the famous beach in mannar. The road accessibility is available to this beach for the private vehicles. If anyone willing to travel by using public transport they have to walk (around 500m to 1km) from keri bus stand. There is a shop available in the beach to buy snacks and water bottles. And also bathroom facility available with the good water.

The island is not endowed with beautiful stretches of sand, but Keeri Beach has good swimming, though no shade. Expect some trash. It's fringed by a small palmyra palm forest that's home to monkeys; it's located 5km west of Mannar Town along the unpaved coast road.

Despite the occasional sandy inconvenience, the beach's windswept charm and the promise of capturing stunning nightscapes made it an unforgettable experience for all.

We had a hard time finding the beach, but it was worth it. Crystal clear water with no litter on the beaches.

We reached to the beach by foot cycles via Thavalpadu- Mannar road. (Not the sea side road) Very calm sea. Also some of the huts for the changing purpose. They also have shop near by. If interest, someone can find a places near by that serving fresh Palmyra toddy.

A nice location at the southern cost of the Mannar island. It is a nice location for a view of the beach and to play. However, the visitors there have to be more responsible. At the moment there is a small botique shop where you can buy a few snacks. There is a set of washrooms and and a place to change, but they are not kept clean or in order. Regardless, the beach is a very nice place to visit with your family. It is a sandy beach with about 30m wide sandy shore. The sea is shallow for the first 10m, going up to only 2m depth. If you can swim, you will love the place more. It has all kinds of sea shells as well.

๐Ÿ™Œ The drive here was truly so amazing, for anyone looking for an adventure then I would recommend this place, I really felt like I was in a film/movie, the scenery is very unique and beautiful, a very freeing experience on a scooter! ๐Ÿ˜ I didn't go in for a dip/sea bath. The area is very rural and isolated, I really liked it, a very raw feeling to it, like a desert! There are lots of huts there and I believe toilets too, I imagine a nice place to come and get some peace and quiet :) ๐Ÿ’จ Nice to see wind turbines and some locals there :) ๐Ÿšฎ Wasn't that clean, with rubbish on the beach. Maybe because I was there in off season (august??) All good aside from that :) ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ

We were told that it is the best beach at Mannar. But it wasnโ€™t. It was not clean and suitable for a bath. The road from Mannar which is showing in the Map is also incorrect. But this can be developed for better tourist attraction. Wish to have a better beach experience at Mannar at this place with the proper management of the responsible parties, in our next visit

A very nice beach for bathing. Can swim safely. This place can be reached in few minutes from Mannar town. Many visitors to Mannar choose this place for bathing and it is very easy to reach by any vehicle.
