What
a
horrible
place
and
uncooperative
management.
They
booked
well
in
advance
for
our
group
for
5
rooms
and
on
day
of
arrival,
they
informed
us
that
one
room
is
having
“technical”
issue.
As
an
alternate,
they
offered
a
“staff
quarter”
which
was
outside
of
main
resort
near
drivers
and
staff
hanging
out
place
where
they
were
smoking,
chewing
tobacco
and
one
guy
roaming
in
lungi.
When
I
objected,
they
took
me
to
a
nearby
hotel
in
an
unclean
vehicle
and
offered
me
very
basic
room
with
AC.
When
I
told
them
it’s
their
responsibility
to
give
a
equivalent
room
or
a
room
of
higher
category,
they
obliged
in
another
better
property
as
I
threatened
all
5
rooms
cancellation.
They
promised
to
give
an
upgraded
room
to
me
the
next
day
at
9-10
am.
So
I
decided
to
get
back
from
the
other
hotel
by
9:45
am.
On
arrival,
I
was
surprised
that
the
staff
said
that
the
room
would
not
be
available
till
11:00
as
thru
were
not
empty.
So
I
asked
them
to
show
the
room
which
had
technical
snag.
First
they
fumbled,
and
later
took
me
to
room
214.
When
we
entered
the
room
was
cold
and
was
occupied
by
someone.
So
we
switched
on
the
AC
and
it
was
working
perfectly
fine.
The
staff
who
accompanied
us,
went
and
silently
switched
off
the
mains
to
prevent
us
to
take
the
video.
So
we
argued
further
and
knowing
their
lie
was
caught,
they
said
they’ll
offer
complementary
lunch
to
our
group
on
two
days
along
with
an
upgrade
to
one
of
my
room.
After
a
lot
of
argument,
I
finally
got
an
upgraded
room
at
12
pm.
Wasting
my
1
entire
day.
I
had
asked
for
a
refund
for
my
room
as
my
vacation
started
off
so
bad,
because
of
the
excessive
wait
time
and
made
me
stay
away
from
my
group.
All
the
more,
my
kid
fell
sick
with
high
fever
and
had
food
poisoning.
I
would
recommend
against
booking
this
so
called
“5
star”
resort
with
third
class
management.
Note:
the
staff
is
really
helpful
though
and
management
is
extremely
unprofessional!
