Great wine, great service. My wife and I came here during the worst heat wave (Labor day wknd, 113 deg), but Laurel was great, and we had the place to ourselves. Beautiful property, and amazing wine. Reds and whites. We’re not really white drinkers, but with the heat, we absolutely loved the Viognese and even bought a bottle for a good price. Would highly recommend it =)

I make the 40 minute drive to Ramona Ranch Winery from San Diego at least 6 times per year and it is worth it. IMO this is the best and most consistent winery in San Diego County. If you were thinking about making the trek to Temecula, save your gas and come to Ramona Ranch. My wife and I have both brought our families to the winery and they loved it. My favorite is the sangiovese. Ramona has great growing conditions which allow grapes to ripen without being overly sweet. Great owners and homey environment.

I visited this winery for the first time 3 years ago. I quickly fell in love with not only the wine but the people. Joined the wine club and still loving it! They do tons of activities at the winery. We get to help with harvest. I have met so many wonderful people. They always have live music and they support local artists! Teri and Micole are so nice and caring! You have to visit and see the wonderful new tasting room with a great view! The wine is spectacular!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I have been to Ramona Ranch a number of times now and I can’t say enough about the place. I live in Virginia but used to live in California so I like to go back as often as I can. I discovered Ramona Ranch years ago and have enjoyed watching Micole and Teri grow their business and succeed on such a huge scale. On my last visit (early May) I visited the winery with my bf, son and his gf and we had a wonderful time. We tasted all the wines and were so impressed. We ordered a case of half Super Tuscan and half Multipulchiano. A few days after we returned home, our case was delivered. Amazing! We have twelve delicious bottles of wine to share with family and friends. Everyone is blown away with their wine. I can’t say enough about how amazing Teri and Mike are and how warm and welcoming they and their staff are and how much I love them, their warm welcoming winery and their amazing wine!

Lovely view greets one as entering. Beautiful tasting facility with main room that has high ceiling, outdoor patio with tables. Our server was quite knowledgeable and very professional. Tasting costs $2.50 per wine 🍷. Ok with this format except she poured just one ounce. That's not enough to really judge a wine's character. My favorite wine was the Super Tuscan blend, which exhibited blackberry notes with a nice spicy finish. Still, very expensive for the Ramona AVA. The Montepulciano is worth trying. Wine is serious business, but atmosphere is set up to entertain people. No music for atmosphere.

A Good friend has been telling me about this wonderful winery so I decided to join my garden club for a tour! Terri was very informative and I learned a lot about sustainable wine growing. She gave us a great tour! We finished up with a wine tasting 🍷

We had a great time at the winery for a tasting. Service was excellent, and the wines are very good. I bought a bottle of their 2017 Syrah which turned out to be an awesome experience at home (you must let it breath for a while). Whether red or white, I think this winery has the best wines in the area.

Enjoyed a tasting for $2.50 for the smallest pours to do justice to the wines. Tried very hard to swirl such tiny pours. Beautiful tasting room. Also, these are the most expensive wines I've seen in Ramona.

Love this place, from the view to the array of samples to the professional sommelier to the live music. It’s all there, and they offer more than adequate samples so you can decide on the wine that’s right for you. Need more? Buy a glass! Even better, buy a case as we did. You can have it shipped to your home. We can’t wait to go back for the live music, wine and people!

Cute winery with beautiful patio seating and relaxing scenery. I believe they only open on weekends and they have live music and offer a few selection of appetizers. Tastings are about $2.50/1oz

Ramona Ranch is a regular Sunday afternoon stop for my Fiancé and I. Besides having great wine, the location, atmosphere, and especially the people an staff are awesome.

One of the best wineries in Ramona. The new tasting room is beautiful. The new TasteSpace is a great addition to the property offering an outdoor patio with a view, along with a beautiful indoor tasting option. This sustainable winery has a lot to offer, including live music, making it a great experience everytime! ..Teri and Micole are very passionate about their wine!

This place was great. We were there for Grant awards meeting for the Ramona Community Foundation. The was perfect for the event. By the way, the wine was really good. I bought a bottle of the Port to take home.

Ramona Ranch Winery is hands down my favorite winery. Sweeping views of Ramona’s back country, friendly staff and delicious wine. Perfect for a day trip with a loved one or family. Bring a picnic and relax in the sunshine on their beautiful covered patio. I love that Ramona Ranch is the only certified sustainable winery in San Diego. Come support this veteran owned winery!
