Never had a great massage till I came here. Tracey is the best!! IYKYK!! Definitely check out this spot, the staff will set you right. Shoutout as well to Gazala and Ava for the facials! I’ve had a chemical peel and microderm infusion. My acne prone skin finally sees some improvement. Still a ways to go but I see light at the end of this tunnel, lol.

Having been with Massage Envy since it took over from another vendor in the Interstate Shopping Center, I can say Andreas is one of the best! He listens to concerns and always accommodates the client. He is wonderful. Since he has cut back his hours, my only concern is that he may be getting positioned to leave. This has been the only complaint I have had over the years as therapists come and go. It seems much better now than in the past. At one time I did go to two other ME due to this problem. However, I always came back to Ramsey because the front desk people far outshine those at other franchises where at times these people were downright rude. Ramsey front desk people are very well trained and most often top notch. Thank you for your services , your training, and your great employees.

I had my first facial at this location with Ghazala and I have to say that it exceeded any and all expectations that I had. I truly never felt more comfortable and heard in a professional setting. Ghazala’s personality, passion, and happiness went such a long way during the appointment. She is a beautiful light and is very knowledgeable on all skin care. She’s also very personable and honest which is very appreciated. I definitely will be coming back for more.

I absolutely love the facial treatments from Ghazala. Not only is she knowledgeable about skin care but she is the sweetest person!Ghazala is gentle with her facials which I appreciate since my skin is very sensitive. I always leave with my skin glowing and recently I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on my skin. She really helped me improve my skincare especially after Covid. Would definitely recommend her to anyone I know!

Natasha was excellent. She did a face massage at the end that I had not experienced before. Also I didn’t catch the members name who checked me in. So was so pleasant and made me feel like I have known her forever.

My experience with Tasha is always good but the lady at the front desk last night was rude thinking my wife and I were mother and daughter. The receptionist whispered to my wife “do you want to use your mothers credit card?” My wife replied with, “she’s my wife.” The receptionist replied with “really?” And did not even apologize for the mix up. We always have an issue at this location from appointment scheduling to the lack of customer service. Do not recommend.

Both Lidia and Theresa (Terri) have been wonderful. I have been personal training at a gym and had all sorts of imbalances that I have been working on. Both knew exactly where they were and was excellent! Just booked 90 min and stretch sessions with her. Scheduling was a breeze. Even for a last minute session. Everyone is very professional. Was gifted a 60 min massage by a family member. Jean was awesome ... her massage strokes were very smooth yet firm to work out tension in my neck and shoulders. Felt like a new woman by the time I left!

Went into massage Envy at Ramsey today and had there NEW Light Stim LED Bed Treatment. It was amazing! I have on going pain in my knee joints. Getting on the LED Bed helped. It helps with muscle, joint and arthritic pain. I can't wait to go back for my next session.
