Super Hotel !

Not clean, several appliances broken, and no hot water. Compensation: well, we won't charge you for parking. No word of apology from boss (although we had asked)

Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber. Möbel sind nicht die neuesten, das Bett aber sehr bequem. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die Lage direkt am Kurpark und der Stadtmitte ist genial. Wer nicht viel für diesen Preis erwartet ist hier richtig.

Fantastastic location, great staff and spacious rooms with excellent location. Front views overlooking roae garden and back views overlooking internal garden with pond.all rooms with naalcony or terrace to relax in. Highly recommended and value for money. Breakfast choice is excellent, too. Some comments to the hotel for improvements.. breakfast could be warmer, especially first customers, since i think food is prepared before and could get cold by 7:30. Some curtains and linen were torn and need replacing.

Very friendly staff and a lovely view of the rose garden on the opposite side of the Saale. Imo fair prices (69 Euro incl. breakfast and taxes)

Very old rooms and persistent smell of mold. Bed side lamp not functioning. Big bathroom but with rusted taps. The location is very nice but not enough to compensate the cost 😔

Will deny guests their room upon late arrival (10pm) despite having been notified about it upon booking. Owner is extremely unprofessional and argumentative. He denied what happened to the booking portal and claimed my friend's complaint regarding the situation was a lie. No refunds given either, of course.

Hotel is unreliable. Bad communication. Nobody should reserve if only want to lose money for nothing.

No possibility to check-in in case of a late arrival, even if you let them know about your late check-in time beforehand. When you contact them about the issue, they demand you to pay for the night that you couldn't even spend at the hotel as you couldn't check in and simply call you a liar. Avoid this place.
