Fantastically large rooms, the only negative is that it's a bit old school - in terms of electrical fittings. The food is excellent, the staff are helpful and responsive. There is a popular bar in the hotel. The gym even though in a small space is quite good. Bang in the middle of town. So location is 10/10

I stayed for 2 days, in 2 different rooms- 105 and 106... My company had booked... It's a 2 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star one... No reserved parking... The approach way to hotel entrance is narrow and vehicles get blocked... I had to get down and walk all the way to the entrance when it was raining... The hotel is situated on the 3rd floor of a shopping complex like structure... The rooms were spacious, in fact very big... But were all old types... Didn't get a cozy, warm feeling... Felt like I was staying in a 1000 rupee Oyo room that you get near railway stations... the bathrooms were old and taps were leaking... Didn't get hot water even after letting 5 buckets of water flow down the drain... When you pay Rs. 4200 per night in a small city like Ranchi, the least you expect is to get hot water in the shower 24*7... Breakfast spread was limited... few selected items... Nothing great... Room service menu is highly overpriced... You can't have a decent meal without spending at least 800-1000 bucks per person... Staff doesn't know how to behave, not trained on how to deal with the guests... I was in a hurry and asked the manager to get my boarding pass printed... The guy was rude and didn't oblige... After pleading, he pointed me to a so called business centre where I could take a print out... Overall, it's a good hotel if the rate is below 2000 per night... At Rs 4200 per night, it's a total loot...

Today we had been to yellow sapphire, there was congestion in parking so the staff took my keys along with car for valet parking. But when we returned to find articles inside car we found that the parking boy had stolen a sum of 2500 to 3000 from bag and envelope inside dashboard of car. This was a very pathetic thing I had ever experienced. Such incidents are completely shameful and unexpected from renowned hotels like capitol Hill. Authority's must take has action against such dishonest staffs who may ruin the image of the hotel.

Extremely pleasant rooms and amazing assistance. I remained for the time being for a business related trip and the lodging was truly agreeable and is very much found. The morning meal was astounding and I believe I will visit the lodging in the future.

Rooms are a bit dated. Bed was good. Shower pressure was very good. Just that the water did not pass thru the drain. Flush was also good. View from room average. Food is moderately charged. Liquor rates are too high. 1 Beer for 400 rs. Check-out was very slow. 15 min they took to generate 1 bill. Airport is 20 min in non-peak hour. Nucleus mall is 15 min drive. Reception is on 3rd floor. Rooms on 4th floor onwards. Breakfast is good. Options limited but not very less.

This is one of the best hotel located in the heart of Ranchi! This has got two restaurants and the quality of food is pretty good. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room is also up to the mark. Overall a decent stay.

It's my first night here and I am already floored by each item of my major meal served. I asked for all the luxurious items on the menu and they did not turn me down once! Instead -- I was given what can only be described as the epitome, the exemplar, the nonpareil of each of these delicacies. I was worried that a la carte would not come near the experience of a dinner buffet and boy, was I ever wrong! The order : Starter --- Mutton Galauti Kebab, Rice --- Gosht Biryani, Main Course ---- Massaman Curry, Bread --- Cheese Kulcha & Dessert --- Caramel Custard. This will go down as a night to remember for a long, long time ---- such has been this hedonistic experience. Talking of portions, they had warned the portions would be given for a person (where whole dish is meant for two) but really, the generous spread would feed two mouths quite well (me no slouch in the eating department). Free Newspaper, cookies & fruits, extra toiletries (that one can ask for) and free laundry (1 pair) were there as our corporate privileges which made the stay even more memorable. I will most certainly be coming here again. Of all hotels I have been to, no other hotel in my knowledge has come close to the standard being set here...

The food is good, spacious halls but the staff behavior and the manager was the worst.... still can't believe that manager called and asked us to leave even before we had our dinner... it was an official meet and after it was over we got to sit and had our dinner.... winding up all of the things for the meeting had taken time and even were humble enough to say to the hotel staff that they can rest, we will serve our own food... still the manager called and told us to leave in 10 mins, that is how this hotel is. Please think twice and then book your hotels for any family function/ official meeting.

Extremely bad experience, the banquet manager for the 7th floor, Mr. ASIF, shows the worst kind of behavior you can ever expect from host's staff. We request him in an extremely polite way to extend the Dj for just 10 mins but his reply was "nai ho skta apk pass 3 min hai 10.30 hone me jitna nachna hai nach lijiye" His behavior was like as if he is the one paying for us to organize an event there.Never gonna go out there again.

Worst Hospitality experience. The staff is very rude, especially a guy called Asif, he was responsible for the smooth conduct of our event, however he was so rude that we didn't talk to him for the second time. This is not how guests should be treated and the management must take an unbiased action on this matter or else this will continue to happen and will damage the hotel's name and fame.

In my opinion capital hill is the best hotel in Ranchi . I visited yellow sapphire .It was luxurious and family friendly. You could have many dishes to try.

Great place, location: located at MG road, heart of the city. Food: They have multicuisine restaurant which offers many choices and food is served with great care, quality, room service is very prompt and caring one. Housekeeping: I would give one star less as there's some problem in hot water, didn't get it for the reason best known to them. Reception/ Front desk: The fellow during checkout needs to improve hospitality skills. He couldn't care to wish me while checking out in morning, no bye bye, happy journey or come back again....🤨

My regular stay at this hotel is now become my habits. Such a good hotel and the stuff are very nice and well behaved . Foods are awesome 👌.. they have 24 Hr open kitchen for the guest ... even at night 3 pm you can have excellent Biriyani cooked.

It's good but there was lack of coordination from hotel management because they have not provided a complimentary room with the hall which was booked for an engagement event dated 29th May 2023 and they will charge the full amount.

The food was so good it’s hard to explain in words. The restaurant lived upto its standards and delivered to our expectations. The ambience was very soothing and calm. Staff and service was also very good. It’s definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is great and it is worthy of five stars except that the quality of the restaurant food (the a la carte option) can be better. The food is good, but not great. There are a lot of options around the hotel that serve great food. Apart from this, the hotel is awesome, clean and neat. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are tidy.
