I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Raindew in Lalpur, Ranchi, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the inconvenience of the reception being on the 3rd floor might be a minor drawback for some guests. The rooms, while of medium size, are well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The courteous and attentive staff further enhance the overall experience, making guests feel valued. One standout feature is the delicious food served at the hotel. The culinary offerings are impressive, and the availability of Barbee Q Nation within the same building adds an extra advantage for those looking to explore diverse dining options. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Front Desk staff are not at all polite or helpful, Neither the Main Gate guard. Main minus point after 10pm Or 11pm main gate is closed and one needs to get into the basement cross the parking lot take the stairs to ground floor because no lift access. Worst part of the Hotel.

Well, you want your guests in a marriage to have sumptuous and a full meal. You will be disappointed here. Plate based meal, @1300 is a bit too much. A lil menu of a few veg dishes, poor taste.. Barbecue Nation has more offerings than here at a much lower cost. If you want your guests to have a great experience, please search for a different place and a better hotel.... Poor customer service as well, one star for spacious function hall!!!

Nice place to oragnise meeting seminar This is one of the best hotels in ranchi in my opinion; will stay here again 4/5 Located in with reaso SUBHANKAR C I stayed here for 2 days. People came to visit me also. And there were no problems with that if you inform them about your plans beforehand. Food was okay; not great, but not bad also. Cleanliness is very good. A lot of free stuff in the washroom. including toothbrush, toothpaste, and soaps and gels. The staff was very polite. Parking is also there. The location is in the middle of bit extension, lalpur and dangratoli chowk, so everything was nearby. No problems at all! a good stay!

3 star for room Room was spacious had all the facilities needed No view from window Wifi was not working . TV is smart TV but bcz of wifi issue it was having any option to use it as a smar tv. Food was ok. Nearby lots of shoping option is available

Poor maintained Hotel at good Location. Rats found in the room and had to change the room in the night and again given another room in next morning stating that this room is booked for some other guest. In two days of stay I stayed in three rooms. Packing and unpacking the things for shifting to other rooms is really a troublesome because of poor maintenance and cooperation of Hotel team. Curtains in the room are of poor quality and this disturbs your morning sleep as sunlight illuminates the room. I will not be staying in this hotel again. Yours choice I leave it to you.

The hotel and rooms are good, All service staff are well organised and helpful. Only one area needs to improve The food quality is very bad. Whenever you ask for Moongdal khichdi they are directly denies. Breakfast quality is not good, whenever you ask for fresh fruits not available there. Apple's quality is the worst. When I ask for less oily and less spicy they serve fully oily and spicy. Need to improve your food quality.
