Clean and safe... very good service..staff behaviour was very good

Worst hotel ever stayed in. Don't waste your money. Washroom has snail , doors are broken. Very rude staff behavior.

Out fit is too good.Inside room you should be surprised when room smell like urine and durty.Not clean bedsheets,pillow cover.Light it not enough for room.

I had booked 10 rooms in this hotel, room service is worst, full payment was done instead of that manager alloted booked rooms to someother person. Room service person was very rude. Tasteless food with bad water quality. Water glass inside rooms was so dirty. Rooms are smell bad eventhough they won't response Whenever you complaint for the room clean-up. Three manager in this hotel talks very rude after the money paid for the rooms. Rooms AC is not working, In some rooms Ac remote is not there. If you complaint with the management they will tell you to manage somehow..this is the great service I had never seen in any hotel. If you complaint for anything such as to change bedsheet, change pillow cover, towel. They will tell to manage on your own.. ridiculous and pathetic experience. I requested you to please don't visit this hotel. In ranchi there are alot of hotel they will provide far better service as compare to this hotel.. Whatever I had experience about this hotel I had given my review. I had booked this hotel rooms because of the engagement purpose..total waste hotel in whole ranchi..

Everything was good... But i prefer some white lights also.. It was kinda hard to get ready because the room had only yellow lights..But overall I liked the vibe.. Comfortable and cozy..

I had a good experience at Hotel Basera, which I would not have had anywhere else. It was clean and well-kept, and the service was excellent. The ground staff was also very distinctive.

Good experience. The behaviour of the staffs was really humble .You can book ac or non AC rooms (whatever u need). Rooms were big and clean . Mainly bathroom was clean. Each room does have a geyser, a center table and 2 chairs. This hotel has an attached restaurant of theirs only. Food was good and at reasonable cost.

The behavior, service, response and politeness of the front desk staff, house keeping staff and restaurant staff are awesome and to be appreciated. Very clean, hygiene and well equipped rooms, tasty foods with different verities are available in restaurants, breakfast is very good, room service is very nice. The response and service of housekeeping staff and room service staff are very much beautiful and highly appreciated. Overall experience of our stay in this hotel is excellent 👌 👍. Good room experience and great ambience. The dine in area was pretty cool with mouth watering cuisines. Great and comfortable bed with a beautiful view from the window. Professional service of hotel staffs and good behaviour of receptionists. Loved the ambience.

Hotel is very good and economical condition. Staffs are very gentle.espcially sardarji receptionist is a very genuine guy. Hotels facilities are very best. Pls once go and stay when required.there are very safe and secure rooms.toilets,floors,bedsheets etc was neat and clean. Tea and water is available but cost is more than quality.😀 Very good hotels.

Ok for staying one night suddenly. Don't go with your car... available parking place is only for 1 or 2 cars but lots of many bikes are always standing there...business inside the ground floor. So take 1st floor for family.

Hotel is located near Ranchi Railway station (2-3 km) . Connectivity is good, located near Sainik Market, Raj Sweets. You may face parking issues..

Hotel rooms are small according to the price and water supply is also very poor,no water supply in the besin,and water is very dirty,when I tell to the room service man, he told to use another bathroom which is one floor upper from us.Many tv channels are not working as they are paid for it.they gave us a room which has one window and no sunlight is coming means it is impossible to understand which time is going,is it day or night.i need to gave them a negetive star,but have a star because the food of the hotel....plaease don't go if there are another option....

Situated at the edge of overbridge Main road ..(Mahatma ghandhi road), Services are good. No one going to ask for your detail reason for staying. Only identify proof is required which is too necessary. Acha place hai ..jaao ..visit kro

Horrid reception. We called and booked ahead, but the person at reception pretended there was no booking. Told us there was no western toilet, and when we saw the room before booking started singing other tunes. Said he will "decide" after seeing "id". He was insufferably rude and condescending. Bad rooms, not worth the price. We decided to not book and advice others to beware. Worst experience at a hotel.
