The attitude of the staff is below standard. I went to buy some chocolates. Firstly the staff at billing counter did not respond and when I asked them again, they said “keys to the fridge is lost so I cannot purchase it”. 😂 Lamest excuse that I have ever heard. I just can’t believe how callous can they be towards customers. I will definitely not go here again.

Customer care is really bad all the employes are in depression. It feels like they don't have even want to work . Don't go there just to save some change rupees of groceries.

Air conditioner is not working, Escalator are not working. Staff behaviour is very bad, they speak like they are doing a favour. Very very rude. The billing section is the worst.Overall the worst place to go. Don't ruin your day.
