My experience with this hospital was bad. If you want to see doctor you have to be there at 4 : 00 AM to get your no. No online booking. Then wait for doctor whole day. Now if you are visiting for second time then it's worst because you have to wait till evening. So anyway you are going to spend whole day for a 10 min visit. Now coming to expenditure, this hospital is business minded and doctors too. Last and very worst is staff behaviour. They think we are slave to them and they are God. Very poor service you can expect from them. They will just behave like country prime minister. You will loose your peace of mind there while talking to them in every statement because they will give answers like this. Avoid visiting this hospital unless there is no alternative.

First of all thank you prem sir.he is most humble ,polite ,confident and energetic doctor I have ever seen.he is very best what he is doing since long time.he looks complicated surgery done with very ease without frightened the patient. Surgery room is very calm and cool.you can't even smell the single bad smell in the hospital area. Staff is very helpful and polite too.food is very delicious.

First of all.. The guard bosses around so much like he is the owner of Ranchi Urology Center... They dont allow attendants to be with patients at the time of report review.. That's really bad.. Every person has their problems, health issues which takes them to doctors.. A common man (attendant of patient) is not available to get humiliated by those guards! I like the doctor's work.. Staff is also co operative.. Just because of the ill treatment of the guards I Am giving a single star.. This needs to be verified properly that attendants dont feel miserable because of anyone.

My father was admitted in this hospital for surgery of prostate and infection in testicles. This is done by Dr. Prem Kumar. I want to special mention Dr. Prem Kumar for his services and the way he explains the illness, their cause and treatment procedure. All the staffs are good with their behaviour and cooperative except few security guards. Also, I want to mention Arvind sir as he gives time to patients to explain the illness, cause and their future repercussion, even he talks on the phone call if any patient is in emergency situation and they can not reach hospital immediately. Also, want to mention Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh as we got appointment with him on the very first day, later he also used to come in absence of Dr. Prem Kumar and explains whatever was going on in treatment. Few security guards need training for how to interact with patients and attendant. (No one wants to come hospital repeatedly, Patients come from very far as Dr. Prem Kumar sir is famous for his treatment excellency).

Can't say about the Doctor... But very pathetic condition for the visitors and attendent.. The person who stands near the elevator behaves very rudely.. He even doesn't have any manner to talk.. He behaves as he is supreme authority of the hospital.. Authority should take action against the person.. My humble request.

For payment ,you have to pay 2% extra by card. This will not inform you before going to pay. This thing , I saw first time in any hospital in Ranchi. Not a good feeling, they will call you immediately for business purposes.

Just got my 25mm kidney stone removed here.. Very well maintained Hospital. . And the Doctors.. I must say... Dr Prem Kumar and Dr Rajeev Kumar Vats.. Such cool people they are.. And they sing songs in the OT as well.. 😂... Then there was Rinku Bhaiya... He kept me entertained in OT... The Nursing staff was there 24/7 to help... Nurses are really helpful.. They understand your pain and take good care.. Aur yaha chai bhi acchi milti hai...

Most amazing Humble Doctor ever(Dr.Prem Kumar) He operated my dad's almost 60 gm Prostrate Gland so easily that I can't describe in words 🤩 Also Great Care provided by the nurses. And quite Professional staffs Just With only one exception and That is Mr. Kaleem , a Staff not even a Guard who stopped Blood Relatives (me and my mom) to meet the Patient (my dad) Before the Surgery , further more when i requested him that just let me just keep the luggage in the room allotted to my father he said no and also mentioned that my Sister (waiting outside the OT) could have carried the luggage , this is messed up , i mean that isn't even his job to be a look out for what luggage a women could carry or not.. Just Mentioned this because People Like Him Tars The REPUTATION OF A GOOD HOSPITAL And AN EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT DOCTOR Like DR. PERM KUMAR..
