I visited Richfeel's Ranchi centre last month on 20th September, after consultancy I decided to go for FUE transplant. I paid my full treatment including 1 years medicine amount I.e 92000 aprx on 24th September. I took loan from their aligned company and paid 2 EMI in advance. It's almost 1 month now and I am yet to get an appointment date. Every time I called to their centre, I got same response that our senior are not responding to our mails, we will inform you as soon as we get any schedule. I tried to call their customer service but no one is there to attend call, I mean you have enough manpower to book an appointment but not a single executive to handle customer complaint I am about to pay my 3rd EMI and my treatment is yet to be done. I didn't expected this kind of service at all. Also like to mention, don't go on those 5 stars ratings, these ratings are given by there own staffs I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREEN SHOT FOR REFERENCE, HE IS THE CENTRE DOCTOR. Go through all reviews and you will find the so called owner has only time to reply on positive reviews and they don't even bother to response on negetive ones. Also the centre doctor Subir Sen is very unprofessional, lots of wrong commitment done by him. I suggest not to take any consultancy by him or you will regret later.

Place is good but treatment is very costly. Simple man cannot afford. I can't able yp understand the doctor. Is he a doctor or speaker

Guys plz don't go here,, they don't know anything,,, I have loosed my hair due to this clinic,, they want only money,,,, plz don't do any treatment here,

Most 3rd class clinic in ranchi just they take lots of money and no results rough behaviour

It has been great first time experience with ranchi center . They helped me alot to understand my post surgical condition and made me relaxed . Consultation done by trichologist was remarkable. Explained each and everything about the surgery, method, pre and post operations guide line. I had cleared all my doubts and got excellent knowledge from him. I understood about the surgery. Stuffs are so well and showed nice behaved to me. Plus points are attached advanced OT, instruments.
