Wrost service please no one go there, Not satisfied service..

Very bad costumer service I was there for around 2hours they haven't say for s glass of water and the dealer was talking very rudely very disappointing. THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT THERE COSTUMER.

Servicing is quite good but they are cheating the customer. I have acess 125 which uses 700 ml of engine oil but the invoice i got contains 1 litre of engine oil. After complaining they were agreed for refund on next service. Also washroom is very unhygeinic.

The workshop seems bit cozy but the services rendered by the staff are in oar with the industry, be it CS, WM or the mechanic, they are well versed with the duty they are assigned and job satisfaction

This Place is Okay Type, Not soo good but not soo bad as well. Mechanical staffs are professional but a bit slow worker. For a 15 minutes work they take 45 minutes. Rest you can figure out the time they will take to work on your vehicle. Receptionist is very good and friendly. All they need is to improve their focus on work. Most of the time they keep gossiping instead of focusing on work

Quality of service has improved a lot since last time I got my scooty serviced here. I hope it improves day by day

Very slow working n process

Very bad experience. I don’t know why Suzuki has handed their brand name to these unprofessional people or have hired. They even don’t know how to fit a part. Because of their less experience, i have faced a loss of 2K. I will never visit here and suggest the others to visit the local one which will at least provide satisfactory work with less charge.

Owners behaviour is pthatic here. I went there even before they opened the shop but rather working on my scooty they randomly doing other scooty things and when I talked about this they started randomly blaming eachother. There's is no one to make them work professionally 😐

Quick service but they do need to look out for the complete work on their own.

Nice showroom with servicing facilities

The working staff are very poor in knowledge. They even dont give polish your bike after service.. When i checked then i informed the management about this.
