Very good store People working there are very nice and cooperative. They checked the eye power free. For checking the eye power there is a optometrist who checked my eye very nicely and now i am comfortable with my spectacle. She also suggested me one exercise for my eye. The exercise really work and now eye feel very relaxed. Thank to every staff of this store.

I went here for lens cleaning as suggested by lenskart customer care and the staff here completely scratched my lenses by cleaning it with a dirty cloth. I want to rate it negative.

The behaviour of some staffs is soo rude.The don't even allow to try more than one frame.

Really disappointed by the apathetic behaviour of the sales persons . After making me wait for almost an hour for eye check up they refused to give one .this is highly incorrigible and would like to give negative rating if there were any

Not a good experience,the staff was busy talking outside the store ,i wanted to purchase this frame but the manager said😂 come tomorrow,today we won't be checking the eye😂i laughed.. literally 😂 what a great service you offer in mall.

All the staff there were very nice. I went to get my glasses repaired yesterday. It didn't seen that he would be able to repaired, but he helped us a lot. As far as it was repaired.He got it repaired.👍👍

Pathetic customer support. I went to get my glasses fixed yesterday as one side of the hinges has a loose screw and they tried fixing and in the process the screw went free, now it can't be fixed and the temples are just hanging without any control. While I was disappointed with all this the staff was just laughing at me. I want to ask is this how lenskart wants their customers treated? I'm beyond disappointed, my entire family uses lenskart glasses. Wonder if I'm treated like this my parents who are not that tech friendly, what'll they do if they face any issues.

Very unprofessional especially the lady who sits there for eye check ups. We went there at 4pm yesterday and were refused quite rudely saying it was their lunch time. We had also planned to make a purchase but cancelled it due to the way that they treat their customers.
