Palm resorts food quality, service as well as atmosphere is very nice. The behaviour of the staff is also very gentle. Recommending for families and friends!

The restaurant campus is greenery and scenic. The peaceful environment you are going to love. Cottage style sitting is also available. All Indian foods are served deliciously. No alcohol is served here. Great for family and friends. Would love to visit again.

The most versatile place for Gatherings and Celebrations. Loved this place. I was invited to a reception party to this place. It has amazing hospitable people. Even the Food available is A1 class. It has a very good dining space. You may go here by my recommendation and you will certainly enjoy !

Place was very good but staff behaviour is very bad and also they don't give a little bit of privacy to couples or even in AC rooms. Like they enter in a couple room without even knocking the door it's kind of awkward and a irritating thing for couples.Going there and buying a cabin is the main reason to have some privacy with our partner but if the don't give us privacy so why we go there and buy a room instead of having a dinner in a "DHABA".

Amazing list of cuisine with utter hygeine .Waiting time is very less.Orders are served with complete hygiene and sitting arrangement is really good .You have the option to sit either in restaurant lounge area or in separate cabins.Price is reasonable. For clicking selfies ,a pretty garden is there with palm trees all around, it gives very aesthetic appeal to the place.

The food quality has degraded since my last visit. Service experience was so so. Took a lot of time for food to arrive. Ordered chicken lollipop, it wasn't availaible. Ordered tandoori chicken which didn't taste as expected. Veg was better than non veg. Good place for family visits. And they do have a nice landscape with well maintained lawn and plants. Dining halls are AC and chairs with cushions are comfortable.

Palm Resort has its own identity of recognition. I visited for the first time in the year 2017. We organized a birthday celebration event for our friend. And staffs of Palm was very calm to make successful our friend's birthday. Since then I visited there frequently. Palm Resort never compromise in its hospitality and quality of food varieties.

Ambience, service, parking facility, seating area, price and every other thing is awesome... Except, food. It's not bad at all. But it's not that good. I would say it's average. If you're only coming for good taste, maybe look somewhere else and if you're hungry and don't wanna go in search of a better place in Ratu-Kamre area then go for it.

Our food, and order was taken care of Mr. Amit, and his attitude was very rough and non cordial. As soon as we took a seat , he was hurrying up for the food order, and told us that we can't take more than 10 mins for ordering food, though it wasn't 10 mins by that time, anyway we order the food, food was very good, and the staff behaviour was rude enough to not decide palm resort for a dining option. All the time we were there, he hurried up until we finished our meal and paid , we couldn't enjoy the dining time, it was like come, order and eat hurrily, pay and get out. He literally signalled us, now you have eaten and paid, so you may go out. I have never faced this kind of behaivour from a restaurant, totally rude and unwarmly.

The food is very good. Especially the quantity in the food is too much.The view of the restaurant is very good especially the net and clean atmosphere here.Apart from veg, many varieties of non-veg are also available here.I love the Gulab Jamun and Dal here.The decoration here is very well done. A small garden is also useful for children

Great maintenance of garden cum resort, the beauty or atmosphere of resorts is breathtaking, facilitates resort, restaurant & bar. There are separate A/c & non-a/c cabins . Delicious food & welcoming hospitality.

Palm Restaurant is an excellent choice for a supper with friends or family. The cuisine is amazing, the service is outstanding, and the ambience is soothing. I would strongly suggest this eatery to anyone visiting Ranchi.

I like this place for delicious food so much... I have tried so many dishes here and most of them were very delicious and at very reasonable price. This place is surrounded by palm trees and other plants . The greenery is so pleasant here... They have separate cabins also for extra privacy.. service is okay okay... Most people head towards this restaurant for delicious food and a natural atmosphere.

Good quality and tasty food. Service was OK. But they didn't have any good options in Dessert, which really was a sad part. Ambience was great. But there were no Pal. tree. In a parm resort there must be atleast a one Palm tree 🌴

This is a beautiful resort, there is a large garden area over here where you can enjoy it. Children will love this place. The food is decent, and the service is also good.

Food was good, but the cockroach was so much excited to meet us, it could not stop itself from coming to our table. And the leftover pickle from other table served to everyone was also good

It is a very beautiful and nicely landscaped resort located just outside the city on the highway connecting Latehar/ Daltonganj. The property is a big one and it has got varied species of plants and flowers. There is a big restaurant which can accommodate around 100 guests at a time. The quality of food is good. The quantity of food is excellent so much so that none of the restaurants can compete with it. The price is also average not on higher side. The only falw I feel is that the waiters have to be more promt and practice more hygiene. The resort has got good parking spots for cars. The resort can be easily identified from the road with big sign boards placed outside. Overall a good experience.

The entrance part is good, though not so spacious for a big function. I guess it has different space for parties like marriage,but it provides a nice place for a small get together. Food is good. We tried chicken jharkhandi and is was good but you need to be patient for the food. It takes time .
