Worst service centre, they make sure customer get fool and make them running again and again for just one work even after keeping promise (fake promises). Every executive have there own excuse to make customer fool. No matter how much customer co-operate but this service centre never fail to make customer fool n helpless. Giving one ⭐ because don't have minus option.

Very bad experience with the call centre executive. Called to enquire about a spare part. They called me after 7days about it and on the very first call I told them my issue has been resolved and since they took so long I got it done from somewhere else... Still they kept on calling me and the lady who spoke to me was very very rude. She doesn't know customer service and should not be posted in a place where customer interaction in involved. Or else m sure premsons will be losing a lot of valuable customers. I am not contacting them for anything in the future.

Service whether of car or customer is delight😄 okay jokes apart customer service means the hospitality presented by them is really nice. My swift car went this workshop for body repair (fender) the man in the service named Prashant kushwaha assist a lot and helped in every steps and handover back in 4 days. No matter good they take care of the car with their service, but they have no regards for their customer's time. 3-4 hours of waiting time is a very normal thing for them, I was told to arrive at 12pm to take my car after repair and service, and I arrived half an hour late but still had to wait until 4pm, I was so frustrated that I can't express it in words, staff members are also non-cooperative, they just stall you for no reason. Total disappointment and nothing else.

Poor cordination beween service manager and working staff ie mechanics......please double check for the actual work done before payment. And 1% extra charge for making card payment is ridiculous when everywhere cashless transactions are increasing , extra 20mins for Other payment method or cash@ so called world class service station of premson motors.

A quality workshop having maintained all the standards of MSIL. The best thing is the peace of mind after work completion. Good and generous behaviour of the staff members is also pleasing. However my advisor was Sarfaraz and I am very happy with his services and behaviour.

Submitted my Baleno Zeta BS VI variant on 09.08.2020 for front windshield replacement since my original windshield cracked due to minor accident. Also the front wiper was damaged and bonnet dent & paint job was required. Got delivery on 12.08.2020 dent & paint was ok but the wipers were neither changed nor repaired. The tiny bits of cracked glass went inside a.c. vent during collision, were not cleaned, as soon as A.C. was started the tiny broken pieces of glass and plastic flew out of the vents. Dust & new scratches were clearly visible as a result of windshield change, which were not removed. Moreover I have got the entire work of Rs 14000/- approx done out of my own funds without claiming a single penny from insurance. Didnot expect such poor service & unprofessionalism.

Very Bad service take more than 20 days for small claim setelment with its own Insurance. Not recommend to take insurance from Maruti.

I went here after meeting an accident. The service received by the dealer was very good. Starting from the person who took the vehicle then the insurance claim process and delivering the vehicle on time. The only problem which I faced was the non availability of spare parts of my car's body. It took around 20 days for a side mirror to come. It's a must visit for maruti car service

Very poor service. Everytime you give your car they will return it with a new scratch. They are just their to rob you. Not expected this from premsons. And this is not once. I have given my car thrice and reach time they have with a new scratch. Without proper work done. Will not refer anyone to visit this particular workshop. #Pathetic

Pathetic service. Conveniently forgot to repair my rear censors. Declined insurance claim. Long delay in work. Ask for any part replacent they don't have it at their store. So you have to wait for min 2-3weeks. You name a negative point they have everything. Runs the business as if they are doing a favour. Deserve Zero or Negative star.
