I loved the collection of earrings..I bought an earrings and pendent for gifting . But the worst thing came in the last I asked the sales girl to gift pack my stuff.she said u have to pay 150rs extra for net gifting cloth..this was really a turn off for me. In all jewellery shops even if u buy anythng of rs 100 or 1 lakh if u ask them for gift wrapping they never deny I never heard anyone asking 150 rs for gift wrapping..the same day I went to another jewellery shop I bought one nazara they properly gift wrapped everything ..even the items I bought from the silver studio they gift wrapped them also..

It was such a pleasant surprise to shop at Silver Studio after I visited home after several years. Meeting very humble people , Mr Poddar and Ms Vineeta the owners of the Showroom was like a fresh air. I can vouch that in almost in 3 decades we could never find a Showroom so rich in design , variety , reasonable, in California - USA . I can say it was a great shopping & next in every India Visit - Silver Studio is going to be one of the favorite places .

All things are good but after taken GST they add card charges also it's not fair. If I want to pay with my card why I should be give extra tax in other shopes they were not taking extra tax . So why you?

Personal experience - over rated products, felt that the range was limited when it comes to silver ear rings. Most importantly the customer service was pathetic, moment my payment was taken, is when I was told that the ear rings worth 2400/- comes in a transparent plastic packet. I felt cheated, despite I told them that it was a gift if any gift packing could be done, I was advised a normal ear ring box would be charged. A normal earing box was given to me which normally is given at all the jewellery shops free of cost. However the irony still goes on, the owner had no regrets that a customer is unhappy about the service. I feel buying online is a good option, as you have reputed brands available, more design range and most importantly good customer service.
