The worst hospital in this region. Not only this region perhaps one of the worst hospital in this country . It should have the tag line paisa double scheme or the best money making institution. All Staff are arrogant, even they don't have proper knowledge. The hospital charges double, triple or sometimes 10 times more for treatment in comparison to other private hospital. Even they don't have proper facilities. Food provided for patient by the hospital is disgusting. No parking facility. Doesn't explain the charges of the treatment before the treatment, they will only give you shock by providing the bill after treatment by charging 3 to 10 times more than other private hospital. Won't recommend anyone to visit here. Waste of time and money. this hospital will ruin your expectations & will make u hopeless.

I want to express my extreme gratitude for the care I received at Pulse Super Speciality hospital at Bariatu, Ranchi. From the moment I went in to have a health checkup to the time of discharge, every experience with every department was great. From housekeeping to dietary, nursing, valet and all the other departments, I was impressed. I will recommend Pulse hospital to everyone going forward. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

In case your patient is admitted, they ensure to bill 2L at least. Be careful with people at reception they talk sweet but then once admitted you are in trap. We experienced recently the same. Cost of treatment is very high and doctors are not well qualified and practical. No value of money. Rest is your choice...

I was admitted to the hospital as per the recommendation of Dr. Awinash Kumar (Gastroenterologist). Hospital staff are very cooperative and available 24*7. Polite attitude, good cleanliness, 10 on 10 food ( for patient and attender as well) . Only thing we had to struggle with, was claiming health insurance; first the TPA was not cooperating but at last we got our initial claim with the effort of Mr. Suraj Thapa. If you are going without the knowledge to claim an insurance it's gonna be difficult for you. Hospital is little expensive so, one should first ask about all the charges and then do whatever suit them. Overall, Dietician was knowledgeable and helpful. Ms. Muskan( the coordinator) was also very polite and helpful. Rest of the doctors who visited me were very polite as well. Special thanks to all the nurses and cleaning staff.

Just want to say people! If you love your loved once dont ever take them to this hospital. This is just a money making machine, don't get fool with its hi-tec machine, room, qualified doctors or MICU/ICU staff. My dad was admitted in pulse hispitsl due to head injury in the morning, by evening he started taking, my family requested staff can one of the family member stay with dad overnight. They refused, that same night when all this heart / pulse reading machine was their and qualified staff was their, his blood pressure rised, dad was in lot of pain and trying to call staff, but guess what!!! staff was napping even it was MICU, due to that pain my dad had a stroke and got paralysed... next morning staff said ohhh your dad had a stroke... operation needs yo be done submit money, over and over and over almost 15Lac. When they saw we can't pay more they said you can take your dad to some other hospital. Guys, I can't bring my dad back, but please guys I know every person condition is different but staff, doctors are same and their behaviour and support make a difference in patients condition and treatment.🙏

I want to share my personal experience with you all about their HR named "FARZANA" I went their for typist job and after three days of work she told me to call me one more day to met manager. I waited for 3-4 days a and when I call her then she told that you are a fresher so we can't select you. Then I told her if someone call you then you will inform. She talk to me very rudely and cut the call without listening my side. Such a rude lady I never seen. I don't know how she got the position of HR. These kind of people show's the upbringing of their side. Really shameful lady.

Worst and most unprofessional hospital. My experience with this hospital has been so bad every time I visit the hospital. OPD is fully non functional, always the Doctor calls OPD patients to ward outside the operation theater, thereby putting the health of the OPD patient as well as the already admitted operative patients on unwanted risk.

One of the best hospital you could in Ranchi. Best part will always be the Tests and examination that are conducted by the hospital. All the reports are on time. All the nurses and support staffs were very polite and effective. The daily food provided to my father was top notch. Each and every diet was followed. The services provided by the food staff and canteen staff was excellent. Great Job . N the f&b supervisor is very well behaved with good atticates. Finally hats off to the doctors. MY FATHER GOT SAVED HERE.

I arrived in the emergency as a patient with extremely pain in abdomen. I was howling in pain. But my medical problem was managed professionally to my utmost satisfaction. The duty doctor was extremely sympathetic and ensured all actions were taken to settle my concern. I stayed most of the day in the adjoining ICU. There again Dr. Was at his best. The other outstanding support was given by sister. Their services need to be complimented. The entire place was clean and very well managed. Everything was good in this hospital. Thank you pulse.

I had multiple factures in right leg and I lost hope of walking again but miraculous surgery by Dr. S Ayan orthopaedic made my limb complete ok and now I'm back to work, many thanks to Dr Ayan and Pulse hospital.

Nice and satisfying hospital but still has some drawbacks as the food services are not good , never values time . The inference is that the catering service is not up to the mark and this is not expected from such a reputed hospital. The staff, nurses , dietician and doctors make this hospital as the first choice of the people. Wishing that you will work on my query and won't let people regret on their choice.

I had admitted my father basis recommendation from one of my relatives. Dr Ayan did the surgery. We are very pleased and happy with the result. However, the experience of staying at the hospital had not been satisfactory. The food for the patient was cold. It seemed the coordination between the nurse or sister with the doctors wasn't good. The private room was not clean. In fact, the final billing experience has been pathetic, whereas Suraj Mishra taking care of billing (or TPA) intentionally delayed the process best known to him. Inderjit Singh, the manager, intervened after 8 hours of my follow-up to complete the discharge process. I will not recommend this hospital for any of my family or friends.

The worst experience I have ever had. The main motto of this hospital is to mint money and they are least bothered about patient. The behaviour of the doctor is also very rough and unempathetic. Once you admit the patient, they scare you even if the condition of patient is stable. Lot of costly test without consent and huge bill is the prime objective of this so called multispeciality hospital.

The doctor don't value for the patient time they are just busy in making money from operation and keep the patients waiting for hours since the shall pay less money to just for check up. This is really very inhuman.

After consulting few doctors the problems were still persisting which was affecting my father's health both mentally as well as physically. It aggrevated to such an extent that he suffered terrible electrolytic imbalance and we had to admit him in Pulse Hospital on 7th of September 2022 evening upon the advice of our very trusted Dr. Atri Ganguli . --Although we were extremely worried about his fragile condition,my septagenarian father was successfully operated by Dr. Sankrityayan Ayan on 12th September. --We were very impressed by the quality,efficiency and efficacy of treatment rendered to him at Pulse during his stay there from 7th to 15th September at 'Pulse Hospital' and wish to record our sincere gratitude to the entire team of Doctors, Nurses, Housekeeping Staff, Canteen boys , Floor Executives, Front Office , the billing and TPA section and Security for their love, care, courtesy and support in giving my father a new lease of life at such a low and difficult time. --We wish to acknowledge our sincere gratitude to Dr.Atri Ganguly for his continuous support , assurance and visiting my father even at late hours . I visited the pulse super speciality hospital,Ranchi, for treatment of my wife on 8.09.22 and registered at about 1 pm. to consult Dr. S.Aayan. I was informed that Dr. Aayan will come at 2 pm and will consult your patient first. I kept waiting till 2.30.pm.but Dr.Aayan did not come. At 2.55 pm I was informed that Dr Aayan has come and will see the patient in OT Complex at Third floor. Till 3.55 pm Dr has not turned up to see my patient. I am 64 years old that's why it is very irritating to face such circumstances. I am requesting the Management team of the Hospital to make the Hospital patient friendly.

My mother was very worried due to her spine injury. So from few of my peers I got to know about Pulse Hospital, as it specializes and is know for its orthopaedic diagnosis. So I got her admitted in Pulse. And would happily say that everything from the consultation to the final operation went great. Special thanks to Dr. S. Ayan for his cooperation. My patient Mr. Pandey was admitted in this hospital under Dr. Ayan and we got very good treatment and nursing in 1001 with very nice hygienic and home like food. Time to time cleaning of my patient's room. I would really like to Thank Dr. Ayan for the treatment and suggestions , didnt felt away from home because of the services. They took my grandmother life who had just fever . And took 70,000 rupees in just one day by showing us report of so much tests which was not required..And even not allowing us to take dead body untill all payment is not done.Never ever go to this hospital.

They said doctor will come at 6.00pm came at 9.00 pm and also handed their own clinic card for further meet... Nonsense waste of time and money...

Very bad! I Fabricated wrong pathological reports and patient was made to undergo Dialysis just to extort money by Dr. Pankaj Mishra! Worst doctor! Patient Conditions got worse with Dialysis and then, Dr. Mishra had no answer. Dr Pankaj Mishra has no experience at all and he is just experimenting on patients. Disclaimer - Patient was admitted due to heart issues and the doctor specifically dr. Mishra told that Patient also had kindey failure, and bla bla bla to extort money. They even went to extent of fabricating wrong pathological reports so that they can perform dialysis and extort money. We got the patient checked at another institution after asking Pulse to release the patient and found that Pulse has fabricated reports just to do the dialysis. Patient had no symptoms of kidney related issue. We were further informed that the dialysis were not even done properly, hence leading to deep vein thrombosis, and further many complications.

First of all lots of unskilled staff with lack of softness and very unmannered behaviour including security guard’s. Every one is having an useless ego I was shocked today while having a councilling with the related Dr regarding my patient…if you want an unnecessary controversy and fight with this cheap mentality staff over here you’re welcome…don’t visit here in any condition there are lots of good hospitals also… Director and management team should look over this It’s very serious The hospital is started recently and it’s losing it’s reputation Especially Mr Abhishek Jha should have to take a serious attention And also Mrs Pooja Singhal🙏🏻 Many of us are very unhappy and unsatisfied with the experience what we had till now

My mom was diagnosed with acute gastritis and the doctor did not gave her any medicine for gastritis and discharged her. I got to know this when I consulted a doctor and he told me about all this. The charges are are high and after paying you do not get desired service. Get some good doctors and stop commercializing this.

The best part of the hospital is very courteous staff and prompt service. The patient gets constant care and support . The quality of the medical support is also one of the best in Ranchi including the medical infrastructure and quality of doctors and support staff. If we talk about hospitality in this hospital. It is one of the best, I have not seen this much helpful staff in any other place. From doctors to management everyone is so helpful. The worst hospital we jave ever been to, and we will not recommend it even to our worst enemy. We had to take our motger to the hospotal since her bp her dropped slighlt on our way from hazaribag to Ranchi airport (ww were taking her to Ahmedabad, my current location, for her further treatment). Since we wanted to board tge next days flight, after missing the flight that day due to her low BP, we categirically told the hospital that we wanted to admit her temporarily only for a night and wanted to take her to Ahmedabad the next day. Despite that, tgey redid all tge expensive tests, for which we had already provided veey recent test reports, only to inflate the bill. After a those unnecessary tests, all they did was to administer a botyle of saline and presented us a bill of 25,000. Tgey did mot even apply a dressing to her open wound despite our repeated requests. I will never ever recoomend it to anyone.

If you are used to Maruti car then please don't visit this hospital b'cse it will give the experienced like Audi in case of bill only. this hospital made for rich people only

No parking space, in place of underground parking hospital made its pharmacy. You have to struggle a lot if you go with your own car. So better to go in Maa Ram pyari super specialist hospital. Consultancy fee is also too much (Rs.800).

I had my cousin admitted to Pulse with initial emergency complications and we had been worried a lot! But Gurleen from front desk helped us in all possible way to make things easier and tension free right from the beginning till discharge..When you have that kind of support in the hospital,you dont have to worry anything.The hospital has all the required facilities required for an emergency situation and it was catered well in our case! Right from ER to shifting to ward and then discharge was smooth! Thanks to Doctors,staffs,nurses and all ground staff with utmost humility and gratitude!

Very bad behaviour your billing counters employee Anand Kumar& I would suggest that no one comes here for treatment. The delivery had already taken place before the doctor arrived and the doctor came after 45 minutes. Despite that, the doctor's charge for normal delivery was Rs 60000.I cried a lot but there was no benefit. It is a request to all the customers to go somewhere else and not come here for treatment.
