Maximum amount 1.2 km ko 50 rs hona chahiye ek location kai baad 2and location orders nahi aata.pickup ka maximum 20 rs add hona chahiye petrol ts higher but Repido fair not good your tax amount is high but fair is low Ranchi not a metro city .

Rapido captain always demands high fees than shown in app, they will tell that area is outer, give me more money or cancel the trip. Worst experience worst app.

It was a pathetic experience in ranchi when I had booked rapido bike from ranchi airport to ITI bus stand on 6th August 2022. When the rider (Amit Pandey, bike no. BR 26 Q2 2411, Bajaj Platina 100) reached the location, he was asking me face to face more than double amount of what it was showing on the rapido application and further insisted me to cancel the ride after waiting me for 20 minutes. I had used rapido often in gurgaon and bangalore but didn’t see such type of behaviour from riders. Finally, I had to find some other mode to go but it was a harassment.
