I had a very bad experience with the boat service centre, the service executive behaviour was totally rude and unprofessional. He didn’t bother to look properly to my problem and instead started to tell me that he can’t do anything and he isn’t bother to work on my issue. In the end I had to contact boat service centre online and then I had to request for a door to door pickup and delivery of my product and wait for 7-8 working days to get a proper resolution. I request people not to go there and instead make a online complaint regarding the product.

VERY VERY BAD.. NO STARS SHOULD BE GIVEN PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS SERVICE CENTRE. Is there any option to dislike or give zero stars. The service centre has no experienced staff (well that's not an issue for me) but the behaviour is very inappropriate. The service person at the service centre is very rude to the customers. Very rude. No manners at all. I will make sure to make a complaint to the company's officials through an email. Talking rudely and adding the word 'Sir' at last of the sentence does not make you professional at all. Very bad. ALTHOUGH YOU CAN VISIT ANOTHER BOAT SERVICE CENTRE WHICH IS IN SN GANGULY ROAD. THERE SERVICE IS GOOD AND ARE ALSO PROFESSIONAL.

Atmos was not like you have entered branded company service centre. But staff behaviour was good but so much delay.

The location was absolutely remote, it was difficult to locate this place at one go... the work was very slow and the male staff had to be told in stern voice, after which he started working which is absolutely ridiculous... *Congratulations! Happy Realization!!! I am so glad to see such an appropriate reply by the owner, I commend, how humbly he takes the reviews and how prompt(2 months later)the reply is*

Worst service center in ranchi They have a very rude , illiterate and unprofessional behaviour ,they took 15-16 days to exchange my noise product through warrenty if i would have claimed warrenty online my product would have been exchanged and delivered home with in 7 days , it was a mistake to go there. I'll recommend you guys *please don't go this service center*. The service staff failed to build a good relation with their customers, if there would have been 0 stars ,i would have surely given them 0 for their service and their unprofessional behaviour, they don't even know how to manage the customers, they don't even have the sequence token system. Guys save your time and your mind from these unprofessional "so called multi brand service center"

Pathetic service and unruly behaviour.Not sure who gives the authority to behave like autocratic demigod and dictate customers.Stringent about timings and asking customer to visit again as if you feel like you are in government setup and if you ask questions was told to contact boat directly.Why will a customer visit service center if 90% questions asked is redirected to reach boat directly.His behaviour turned more hostile and adamant as the convo progrssed.May be my case was not applicable for return of device but loud mouth is not all justified and apt behaviour is atleast expected.Behaviour is the essence of relationship between customer and Service provider and the basic itself is missing.i would reach boat directly, atleast customer support behaves aptly and customer doesn't have to salvage his pride even if the issue is not sorted.

Visited first time this service center. Very bad experience , There is no proper and systematic row or token for the service.. I was told to sit and wait for my turn but even after 15 minutes they didn't told me to come .. After few minutes another guy enters in the service center and asked the employee for the service .. They give him the service while I was waiting for my turn . It really disappointed me. Another problem is when I gave him my rediffmail email . They told me to give Gmail . It's an unnecessary excuse .. suppose if I have a business email then in that scenario my email is not accepted.. My product is in replacement warranty but they didn't give me the proper box for earphone.. So unprofessional and un systematic service center..👎👎👎👎👎

The staffs' nature was good. But the area was very crowded n messed. It requires a bit maintenance. As AC was available but I think so it wasn't working. It was really uncomfortable to sit and wait there. But the boat service center working was very super fast. I really liked the service.

Enviroment was not good. You feel like local store. There wasnt proper sitfing space available

Worst experience ever. If zero stars were available i would have given that. They always hire two of the worlds most laziest staffs. They are so sluggish in their work that they can't even handle two costomer for one and an half hour. That's the girl handling one person for an hour.

Very poor service I have given my boat 281 for service hand the staff didn't return it and humiliated me by abusing word and i even buyed boat earphones and he didn't gave me my Warenty card vary heartbreaking moment for me and still they didn't return my boat 281 earpods 😭. So from now I'll never buy any boat products for sure , so offended by this behavior of that staff and boat management .

Please go when you have some time in your hand, they checked by token system,Fast service, home delivery and product replacement facility also provided by this service centre, not only boat but also other brands services are provided, come with your original bill page or pdf.

It is the worst place in ranchi. They are not giving the real product of boat and after purchasing the duplicate of boat smart watch charger, they are not providing the bill/ slip/ voucher.

I have experience the problem that I replaced Boat Airdopes 131 but in delivery box I got an empty box in it only charging cable is available inside the box .... That's the fraud happened with me in this process and I blame to whole process from replacement to delivery all are responsible for this fraud

I had a very good experience with the boat service centre, the service executive behaviour was totally good and professional . I had visited this place for claiming warranty of my boat cable and the claiming processed within 20 minutes and i got my cable delivered to my address within 5 days . people should visit there for their boat product's and also one thing visit there with a hard copy of your product's invoice otherwise you will have to pay 5 rupees .

The service was quick. My boat earphone was not working and it got replaced within 5 min. But the replaced earphone sound quality is not as original one, I think they replace with refurbished one.

I would like to thank Travellerzdezire visa service. Their Services were as good as promised. He is kind enough and has been very supportive.

Good service, less time taken and reasonable fare rate is the identity of this service centre. You can also take your xiaomi mobile phones here for the service. 1 less star to its metal stairs which is not so conveniant to reach here. Overall a very good service centre of the town.

I'll Share my experience based on several visits regarding service of boat products.. They are doing their job very well. I don't know why people are complaining about product quality , They are not the seller or the manufacturer. They just only providing their services based on the direction they got. I personally visited 3 to 4 times.. And their service was good . Within half an hour every time, I got my product replaced..

Service manager is very good. The food was very delicious 😋. It was my best experience.
