From its earliest days MGs have been used in competition and from the early 1930s a series of dedicated racing cars such as the 1931 C-Type and 1934 Q-type were made and sold to enthusiasts who received considerable company assistance. This stopped in 1935 when MG was formally merged with Morris Motors and the Competition Department closed down. A series of experimental cars had also been made allowing Captain George Eyston to take several world speed records. In spite of the formal racing ban, speed record attempts continued with Goldie Gardner exceeding 200 mph (320 km/h) in the 1100 cc EX135 in 1939.

MG Motors Ranchi has the worst sales staff and management in my entire experience. I had to wait the entire day for the car delivery as they had got the wrong car from the showroom. They also could not write the correct names and details on the invoice and delivery challan and only after my repeated suggestions were they able to make the right invoice. I f it were not for my love for MG, I would have already cancelled my booking due to the staff mismanagement and behaviour issues. @MGMOTORSINDIA: Please look into this and make sure you correct this problem otherwise you might lose even more customers.

My first experience with this showroom was just okay. The supporting executives were polite and we're highly professional. They focussed their communication with the clients For The MG Motor more . The delivery of the Brand New Vehicle was done in the parking area of the visitors, which was against the running video clip which was showing delivery of a new vehicle inside the covered area designated for the brand new vehicles. I couldn't understand this dual policy if at all it is like that. I hope the management will take care of this if it is feasible or MG INDIA will decide it's Delivery Policy / Criteria regarding norms of delivery of the brand new vehicles to it's customers.

Poor service ever, booked car on September 21 got delivered in Feb 22, charged increased price, also they don't give option for changing the colour.

We have more n more more worst experience with MG Motors , from last 2 months we r being harassed by the team. They have committed to give dual toned red n black 2021 hector at approx 20th of March,,,, but still we r only WAITING. The head of office and all executives r only lying and giving us false assurances- 1 more day sir 2 more day sir, we will confirm it , but that confirmation day yet not came . DISGUSTING.........the f _ _ _ staffs. we have done more than half of our payments . They r also not issuing our refund .

Very POOR SERVICES AT MG RANCHI... SALES EXECUTIVE NAMED SONU ALWAYS BLUFF AND CHEAT THE CUSTOMER... HE ALWAYS GIVE WRONG INFORMATION AND NEVER FULLFILL THE PROMISE. I Am so Disappointed. I have raised the issues but they did not take any issues.

Great skilled sales team with well dressing and impressive etiquette, I got awesome experience in the early morning even though the store was closed but the opened early for me to give their services. Well if you are looking for cars by MG you must have researched about it, It was just a review about the store not the cars 😉.

Electric suv differential to mg ice suv is the reason it may not find traction period. Sales person pulled a couple of fast ones, who am I to call out his knowledge base. So we both parted smiling, each with a pvt. assessment of the other. He is not following up on the lead and i know the benchmark features i am looking in my next connected ice suv i can only afford down the line.

The Mg Workshop is has very good ambience for customers.It is located at prime location near Firayalal.The professionals are very humble.One of them that is Mr Sagar Vishwakarma is doing amazing job here.He is problem solver for all types of problem.I request Mg management to recognise his service to the customers.

It would be better if there's more car on display of different variants of the car

They took me to their own coffee palace and offered me coffee but it was never served. They shouldn't have asked/offered. Even water was not offered. I was there for 45 minutes. They were only interested in receiving advance booking amount for astor which was not even launched. Hope, they should not offer for anything which they cant serve even.
