I bought a labrador puppy from here. The process was very unclear, but they did manage to deliver puppy on time. Puppy was very thin & malnourished, soft bone (against their claim of a hard bone puppy), was too aggressive, and had hundreds and hundreds of ticks and fleas. The only positive was that they picked up calls any time to help (only initially.. & not after 20 days of buying). I would not recommend for first time owners. For experienced owners, who do not need much help, you can go for it.

We had just a week and my puppy fall for fever, he took the ownership and came to us from Bariyatu to Hatia despite of lockdown and monsoon rain and gave treatment to the puppy. Had a great experience discussing and clearing my doughts regarding what breed I should get, Didn't got a pup yet, but definitely looking forward to get a pomeranian pup. Regarding the reply time, I can understand that you might be too busy and also you need to reply a lot of your customers but try to reply as quick as you can other than that everything is best, thanks a lot for being so polite, this is a great place to get your pet.
