The foldable table is great here. Its really light in weight and the quality is too good.

Worst Ever. I purchased one big centre table and set of three side tables. All joints of tables broke away in-months. No one responded properly for service request. Company person says they forwarded my request to Ranchi outlet. Ranchi centre says please contact company customer care. Finally I have decided to throw away the tables out of home. Please never buy wooden street products. It’s a waste of money and time.

Edit Changing the rating because the product finally got delivered after 55+days. The quality design and build of the product is really good. We have only used it for a week yet so this is not a long run edit but otherwise the product is really nice. ---------_--------------------_-------------- It is over 44 days now and they all they have is fake promise. They will give you all sorts of fake promise that items will be delivered mostly in 30 days and then when it is not, they will act as if nothing is wrong. At first they were ready send a replacement bed but now they are just keeping us stuck saying wait one week, 10days and so on. They are not bothered about customer trouble they are only bothered about their name and bad review. They are worst in the name of customer service. Even though the items quality is good (at least what we have seen in store), their behaviour is simply pathetic. If you wish to get your furniture in time, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT GO TO THEM. They have an amazing collection at the store and the staffs are very polite. I would like to thank Miss Kajal for the politeness, warm greeting and service she gave us.

Products are good and staff is welcoming and supportive. We reached a little after closing time but the staff accommodated and showed us the products. Sales rep Kajal was especially helpful explained all products in good detail.

Very beautiful store and collection but the customer service is very very bad. Please don’t order any furniture from there online store. I received a different product and after making constant follow ups I received a defective one. Also, you’re not going to get your product delivered on time. It took almost 50-50 days for delivery. They don’t even bother to follow up for their free installation. You’ll have keep calling them again and again for the installation and product issues. Had a terrible experience. I am therefore changing my rating.

Disclaimer to those planning to buy anything from Wooden Street. It has been more than two months since I have bought a dining table from their store in Ranchi. The day I placed the order, they said it will be delivered in 15 days. However, it was delivered to the store from the warehouse in 25 days. The excuse given was "rains". How silly an excuse for such large business! When I visited the store for delivery they said a chair and a leg of the table are broken and so they need another fifteen days to get a new set. After another fifteen days they delivered the dining table to my house. While cleaning I discovered that the same old broken chair was delivered to me. They just polished the broken area with darker colour and hid the spot. I asked them to change it. They exchanged the chair after two days with a chair having different upholstery and different wood polish. I have again asked them to change the chair but they have turned deaf ears to me. This is what Wooden Street's after service is. The quality of a product is important and so is the after service. But they have ridiculous after service. Be aware while purchasing anything from there.

Such a pathetic service, from the past 10-20 days i am being told that the product is in ranchi warehouse. It's been more than 2 months and i haven't received the product. Also in app its showing delivered! Awful service. These people harrass the customers after frequent follow ups, they can hang up on you after a lot of waiting even after raising a "ticket". Update - well i did receive my product finally after 60+ days. The product is in good condition.. although the customer service is not up to the mark.. but the product is genuinely good! I liked the product.. i would suggest to buy from wooden street as the quality is very nice.. what was irritating was all the follow ups and unnecessary delay! Ranchi's owner was cooperative in sending the product finally.

Was looking for queen size bed and found a wonderful product on wooden street. Their cane collection is really good aesthetically and definitely the usage. The service received at the store assured us in product selection. Highly recommended

NEVER order through Woodenstreet. I ordered a sofa online where it was mentioned that it ships in 15 days, but even after 18 days it is not even shipped and customer care just keeps asking for 5 more days to ship, and I am sure after 20 days they will keep extending the shipping time again and again. I ordered few chairs as well, it was supposed to be shipped within 2 days but even after 18 days, still not shipped. I ordered a coffee table, it came with SCRATCHED, they were supposed to send a carpenter within 2 days of delivery to correct that. Now even after 8 days of delivery, no one came till now, I have raised this so many times with the customer care as well. Pathetic website, don’t fall for it!

The varieties of the products are wonderful. The staffs were quite cordial and helpful. With the added benefit of browsing through the online store, wooden street is good for furniture shopping.
