Worst branch of SBI ever I saw, staffs are very-very lazy and irresponsible also no manner at all, no politeness. Their experience is of zero level all they need is comfort, according to them customer should not visit bank and if they visit also then very few should. SBI has lots of bakwash rules and regulations, and you won't get any help from staffs member, they are rude and no words to describe. I think SBI give their staff money for being rude, harsh and impolite.

Bad behavior of bank manager.

Bank is nice coz it's SBI but service is slow.

One of the best branch of SBI in Ranchi. Usually all of the SBI branches are crouded but this branch is croud free almost all the office time.

I visited the bank on 31 mar 21 which was the closing day of the financial year, but the staffs were ready to help in banking transaction on same day. Bank was not not crowded on that day. Sanitizer and face mask is must for visitors. Bank has enough facility to prevent spread of corona virus. Staffs were working even in high peak of corona 2nd stage.

As i recently visit here the employee and manager behaviour were quit good ,but works was not done quickly due to link fail,i cant blame to employess ,uts a technical issue. But for other services its well .

SBI BANK having all the banking facility in latest technology, prefer paperless work.

Worst service ever. Nothing is good , only SBI brand is good.

Bank manager was not good at all ...she had to much ego and not good for talking also.... She is not deserve the post...of manager...

Patjetic experience every time. One mobile no. update takes more than a week but still update is not done. How govt. manages such banks god knows.
