They
denied
me
service
for
one
of
the
stupidest
things
I’ve
ever
heard
of!
I
suffer
from
anxiety
and
have
on
occasion
suffered
from
skin
picking
near
my
forehead.
This
will
tie
into
my
review
so
keep
reading.
I
called
at
4:08
asking
if
they
had
availability,
the
lady
who
answered
my
call
said
they
did
and
told
me
I
could
come
immediately
to
get
a
cut.
So
I
come
in
at
4:30.
The
lady
who
ANSWERED
my
call
asked
what
I
needed
and
I
said
I
had
just
gotten
off
the
phone
with
her
and
she
said
I
could
get
a
cut.
All
of
a
sudden,
she
tells
me
she
has
tons
of
appointments,
which
I
countered
by
reminding
her
that
it
was
her
who
told
me
she
had
the
me
for
a
cut.
She
then
started
to
claim
that
it
wasn’t
her
who
took
the
call!
Naturally
I
called
her
out
on
it
and
showed
her
the
call
history
on
my
phone.
She
then
said
for
me
to
sit
and
wait
and
she
walked
ALL
the
way
to
the
back
of
her
store
to
talk
to
some
other
lady.
They
stood
there
chatting
about
me,
presumably,
and
one
of
them
called
me
back.
Once
I
got
back
there,
I
was
told
that
because
of
the
redness
on
my
forehead
they
could
not
cut
my
hair
due
to
“state
regulations
regarding
pimples
and
disease”!!
I
had
cone
in
only
4
months
prior
with
the
same
redness
and
they
did
it
just
fine!
With
patience,
I
explained
to
them
that
what
I
had
has
already
been
see
by
a
doctor,
and
that
it
isn’t
an
infection,
contagious,
or
disease
in
the
last,
and
is
just
due
to
stress.
They
then
began
to
argue
with
me,
a
customer,
that
they
had
some
fancy
book
and
the
image
looked
exactly
like
what
I
had
on
my
head,
which
can’t
be
true
because
the
it
isn’t
something
that
exists.
I
explained
to
them
that
it’s
similar
to
a
scratch
in
the
process
of
healing.
They
then
told
me
that
they
could
not
provide
me
the
service
because
they
couldn’t
take
my
word
for
it!!
What??
I’m
a
customer!
Then
they
said,
“well
we
can’t
take
your
word
for
it
because
we
aren’t
doctors”
I
said
YES
EXACTLY!
I’m
telling
you
what
the
doctor
told
me.
As
they
looked
defeated,
the
other
lady
called
someone
she
said,
“knows
well
about
these
things”
and
what
was
the
name
on
the
contact?
“My
LOVE”
she
was
gonna
call
a
doctor
or
something
like
that,
she
called
her
partner
to
convince
me,
and
all
they
did
was
tell
me
exactly
what
the
two
ladies
had
told
me,
which
is
complete
BS
they
made
up
to
discriminate
my
mental
health
condition!
this
"mandate"
they
spoke
of
doesn't
exist!
the
people
here
have
changed
since
its
remodeling,
very
rude.
i
suggest
going
to
the
salon
directly
next
door,
with
ahealthy,
and
fun
environment
where
they
don't
discriminate.
i
once
saw
a
black
man
denied
from
the
shop
after
walking
in
even
though
getting
their
cuts
and
it
was
during
open
hours!!
