This was an amazingly fun family event. We did the easier playground room with two adults and three kids. We were joined by another group of 4 young women. It was so much fun. The puzzles were very clever. The set up was great. Absolutely top quality props and production value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the first escape room for many people in our group. We are definitely going back for another escape room adventure here.

From beginning to end the experience was well worth it! Hal- was an amazing person and guided us to have the most fun during our escape journey! Also, bonus birthday surprise of a decorated room at the final room of prison break was so sweet! Best experience by far!

Zach was our game guide, he was funny polite and extremely helpful… for a large group team building event this was the perfect opportunity for us to work as a team while having fun at the same time

Easily one of the best escape rooms around! Highly highly would recommend a stop here. I will start by saying I have completed a solid 40 escape rooms. We completed "The Playground" this past weekend and it is easily top 3 rooms I've ever done. It is VERY well made and very interactive. I have done some other rooms at a few other places and they use some pretty basic tech and game flow. The Escape Game in Rancho definitely showed me a lot of stuff we haven't seen which kept us on our toes and seriously challenged us. We had an absolute blast. If that wasn't enough, the staff is also incredible. We arrived a few min early as requested and Devin is hands down the nicest game master we have run into. Devin was extremely welcoming and super easy to talk to. We chatted while we waited for our room to be ready and you could easily tell he enjoys his job and also shares a passion for escape rooms, which made it fun to talk about fun rooms we have done. We will absolutely be back! Our duo has our eyes on the Depths and Prison Break. Thank you again Devin for making our first experience a very memorable one! You definitely bought our future business.

Me and the misses decided to try The Depths for their last game. Despite the game starting 30 minutes before closing, the staff was still happy to have us and allowed us the full hour for the game, which was nice. Many places would get upset if you come in around closing, but this place kept the good vibes going! Overall it was a great time, the game was challenging at some parts, but not once did the game master interject without us asking first. Thanks to Cesar (I think that's his name lol) and the first woman who greeted us, this was a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back!

This was so much fun!!! Faith was our game guide for the evening and she was really good at giving hints if we needed it or letting us solve on our own. I enjoyed how the puzzles still makes sense and aren’t too outlandishly hard, but still took teamwork to solve. Definitely would recommend. P. S. Happy birthday to Faith :) 🎂

We had a great time! So many different moving parts kept my 8 and 2 year old entertained. Faith and Gaby were super welcoming and we all felt so at home. Definitely coming back!

We did the Time Liner for my brothers birthday and it was so fun! We were able to escape with 6:17 left! Shoutout to Lali for being a great game guide. There was a lot of twist and turns but overall so much fun! We will be back to try the depths or prison break.

The room was fun and well thought out. In regards to "the playground" room, I would rate it 5 stars. What really brought down the experience for me was the fact that unless you spend just under $500 to book the whole room, you are forced to play with other players you don't know. Although they were a very nice family, it changes the way you play, takes away from your normal strategy and experience, and forces you to play at a different level to accommodate the others. Escape rooms are not a cheap experience and for that money, I don't feel that I should have to downgrade my experience. Again, the room was great, but for the above reason, I will not be returning to The Escape Game.

Second time at this location and it was another amazing experience! The games are really engaging and keep you on your toes. Loved the design of the playground and the multiple rooms to keep things fresh. Plenty of things to do for a big group. We came with a family of 6 adults and 7 kids ages 2-14 and were accommodated perfectly. Highly recommend for a family activity!
