My family lived here for about 6 years and initially we loved the management. The team that was there when we moved in was great, friendly, responsive. The apartments are the biggest in the area for the price which was nice. However, the management team that is there now is nothing but rude and not helpful. When you call, you immediately get attitude, if they answer the phone at all. They always act like you’re bothering them. They have zero communication, had to take my pets to board twice because they were supposed to have someone come spray for ants and they never called to let us know they rescheduled. Even at our walk through for leaving, they forgot our appointment twice and I had to call to see if they were coming. The last time we had the apartment all cleaned out, Myra was extremely rude. There were instances of them turning off water without notice, leaving tenants without water for a full day. They never walk the property, so things like leaks would go for weeks unattended. We were surprised when we left that we did get our deposit back, but after living there for 6 years, the apartment looked brand new after our well keeping. They had stated that it would be repainted every 3 years and carpet replaced but that was not followed through. Save yourself a headache and don’t move here.

Decent place, well priced, staff is friendly BUT like all apartments don't think you'll get deposit back. Stayed 1yr hardly there and was charged for reglazing, carpet cleaning and shampoo, painting etc. If you need a place for a short time this place works. Long term take note windows are old and they along with doors are not insulated so place is very hot in summer and cold in winter. And the wind blows right through.

When I took my apartment, I loved it, it was a very clean place, the manager Araceli was a great woman, she cared a lot about the apartments, but they changed managers and everything went to hell, now they rent to any type of person, there are no filters, they have allowed theft, the gardens are full of dog poop. I will never return to that place.

At first everything seemed fine people in the office were polite bit once you sign the lease and start living there they treat you with nothing but disrespect dont be fooled by them find somewhere else to live

The apartments here are nice but one of the managers working there is real piece of work. If you can avoid this place at all cost. Its the woman that sits on the corner desk.

Trying to get out of this place as soon as we can. Numerous issues over the years with NO logical solutions. Bandage repairs done to shut us up. New maintenence people every other day. Management is a whole other issue , same issue for years and years. Nothing is done about it. Dog poop everywhere. Pool is cleaned when it's starting to turn green and not on a regular basis. Anyone can rent here now. No longer feel safe. I've reached out to management numerous times ..ALWAYS a run around. Even if your loyal tenants for years. Nothing has changed!!

Swat team was serving a search warrant blocked off apartments I was visiting a friend. Scary

It is one of the biggest apts. The maintenance and office are very nice. If you need something done they do it stat. Affordability. Prices are great for what you get. Highly recommend. Take a chance. Best apts in alta loma grocery and bank are right next door. My daughter comes home late from work and patrol always walks her in .
