Please
be
a
smart
patient
and
go
elsewhere.
Save
yourself
huge
headaches
and
go
somewhere
that
shows
their
patients
respect.
Okay,
second
time
we
set
an
appointment,
waited
30
days
in
pain
to
speak
with
your
oral
surgeon,
and
AGAIN,
not
even
given
the
courtesy
as
a
human
for
the
Dr.
to
acknowledge
our
existence.
Instead,
met
with
the
manager
and
other
staff
(in
front
of
everyone
waiting
there
and
your
staff
after
asking
for
privacy
i
believe
i
am
due
under
HIPAA
laws)
and
proceeded
to
work
VERY
hard
to
not
help
me
once
again.
You
violated
my
rights
with
your
actions
today.
I
asked
for
privacy
and
you
aired
my
information
to
all
around
right
in
front
of
me.
First
in
the
waiting
room
in
front
of
all
other
patients
waiting
and
then
again
right
in
your
entryway
to
the
back
area
again
in
front
of
patients
waiting.
My
rights
were
not
your
concern
today,
and
unfortunately
for
you
those
laws
you
broke
today
are
designed
to
protect
people
like
me
from
people
like
you.
I
will
contact
my
insurance
and
make
sure
those
2
appointments
you
wasted
my
time
with
weren't
fraudulently
billed
which
guessing
they
were.
I
will
be
looking
into
whatever
agency
governs
you
to
file
complaints
with
as
well.
All
you
had
to
do
was
honor
my
appointment
and
have
the
high
and
mighty
all
knowing
Dr.
that
obviously
thinks
she
is
God's
gift
to
humans
everywhere
honor
my
appointment.
Pathetic
at
best.
All
I
wanted
was
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
that
includes
my
privacy
you
violated
today
when
I
asked
you
directly
for
it...twice.
Unfortunately,
you
don't
have
privacy
for
those
in
a
wheel
chair
and
are
handicapped
according
to
the
manager.
My
wheelchair
and
being
disabled
is
the
issue,
huh?
I
will
follow
up
on
violations
for
that
as
well.
So,
all
u
had
to
do
was
respect
your
patient
by
doing
what's
right
to
another
human
and
of
course
the
laws
you
are
required
to
follow
and
you
couldn't
even
do
that.
Well,
remember
my
name.
You
will
be
seeing
it
often
from
every
agency
I
find
you
violated
the
laws
of
today.
Original
review:
I
am
in
a
wheelchair
and
find
it
hard
(takes
more
effort
than
normal)
to
get
anywhere.
Its
painful
for
me.
With
that
in
mind
I
am
very
disappointed
in
my
experience.
Went
today
for
a
consult
with
an
oral
surgeon
I
had
an
appointment
with
only
to
never
actually
ever
meet
the
Dr.
I
had
the
appointment
with
or
ANY
doctor
for
that
matter.
Instead
she
sent
an
assistant
whom
did
not
have
some
of
the
correct
information
she
"relayed"
to
the
doctor.
The
sensitive
nature
of
the
discussion
should
have
required
the
doctor
herself.
So,
for
my
appointment
I
felt
very
disrespected
and
disregarded
that
I
never
met
the
doctor
20
feet
away...only
willing
to
communicate
from
an
empty
room
instead
of
looking
her
patient
in
the
eye
and
honoring
my
appointment
I
had
scheduled.
Very
unprofessional
whether
you
are
described
a
"doctor
that's
there
once
a
month,
if
even
that"
or
not.
Truly
more
professionalism
should
be
included
in
basics
like
my
consult...you
would
think...Right?
Btw
Doctor,
from
down
the
hall,
when
you
tell
a
patient
you
will
be
there
in
a
moment...you
should
probably
at
least
make
an
appearance
at
some
point.
It
comes
across
as
unprofessional
and
dishonest.
It
makes
me
sad.
The
people
I
had
met
with
prior
to
today
at
this
facility
gave
me
the
impression
your
whole
staff
cared
and
would
be
professional.
Imagine
my
surprise
at
my
treatment
today.
