I immediately regretted it when most of the lashes fell off the first week. At the end of week two I needed a full set. I ended up going to another location and so far after 3 weeks I’m retaining most lashes and I’ll just need a mini fill next week from the other location. I had to eventually lock my old card and order a stop payment. They tried charging me almost everyday, over 30 times in the last month. Even after I called to cancel.

This was my first time at Amazing Lash Studio & I have to tell you I loved every minute of it. When you walk in you are immediately welcomed and taken care of. I had my lashes done up by Nicole, not only was she super sweet but when I told her what I wanted she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and she gave me the beautiful lashes I was asking for! Her professionalism, knowledge, and passion for the job will have me looking no other place for lashes then here. I understand why they call this place Amazing Lash - because my eye lashes look Amazing!! If you haven't tried Amazing Lash Studio you truly are missing out!

Lashes were very sparse and majority were glued far from my eyelash line. Lashes started fall out the very next day. I tried a new place after going here only once and they charged half the price for 10x better quality with tremendously friendlier employees and caring service. So I never went back to this business yet 2 months after my service my card got charged for a membership. While I was confused I figured I could call them to get it fixed. I’ve called a total of about 20 times all during open hours and even left a voicemail so they could get back to me. It’s been over 3 days and I still haven’t been able to get in contact with them and nothing has been resolved. I could understand lack of experience as I don’t ever expect to love every thing I try but I do expect good customer service yet i’m getting absolutely zero service after an unauthorized charge to my card.

I got my lashes done for the first time with Feliz! She is so sweet and quick, she made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. I was nervous I wouldn't love my lashes but she talked me through the whole thing, recommended my look and made sure I loved it before I left. I would totally recommend her to anyone! Experienced or new client. :)

I absolutely love Katya, I go to her every two weeks and she does an amazing job, is super gentle and I never feel any stinging from glue or pain which I've had with previous places before. The lashes always last so long and always look incredible. I Highly recommend!!

AMAZING lashes! The ladies at Amazing Lash studios blew it out of the water! They did an amazing job explaining the process, answering my questions, and were super upfront about the pricing and related costs to having lashes. I wanted a natural full look and my lash tech nailed it! This was my first time getting extensions ever so this is definitely a place I would recommend going if you’re nervous about getting lashes for the first time!

Amazing lash studio is by far one of the best places to go for lash extensions. I love how they have a membership so you don’t even have to think about payment. I go to a master lasher and have never left disappointed. The best part is it’s always easy to get a Saturday appointment. I even went on Christmas Eve for my last appointment. And if they don’t have an appointment available at the closet on to you, you can go to any other amazing lash you want.

The first time I walked into Amazing Lash in RSM, I was very impressed by the very relaxing and calming ambiance!!! The studio was super clean too!!! Extra bonus!!! The front desk gal was so welcoming and kind!!! I felt like I was at a 5 star spa!!! My stylist is Monika and she is the best for sure!!! I’ve been getting my lashes done for awhile and she is really good at what she does!!! She does exactly what I want and my eyes don’t get irritated like at the other studios I went to!!!! Love love love my lashes!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
