Habe
dort
im
April
2021
ein
Fahrrad
gekauft,
das
hat
alles
soweit
reibungslos
funktioniert.
Der
Service
dieser
Filiale
ist
allerdings
unter
aller
Sau.
Habe
Anfang
September
mehrmals
mit
einem
Mitarbeiter
telefoniert,
da
an
meinem
Rad
eine
Speiche
gebrochen
war.
Mir
wurde
ein
fester
Termin
zugeteilt,
zwar
mit
recht
langer
Wartezeit,
was
aber
in
der
aktuellen
Situation
nichts
neues
ist,
also
halb
so
wild.
Mehrmals
betonte
ich
am
Telefon
das
es
mir
nicht
möglich
sei
vor
17:30
vor
Ort
zu
sein
und
das
ich
eine
Anfahrt
von
70
Kilometern
hätte.
Mir
wurde
versichert
das
dies
kein
Problem
sei
und
das
das
Rad
sofort
repariert
wird
und
ich
einfach
warten
könnte.
Zudem
wurde
mir
versichert
das
auf
mich
keine
Kosten
zukommen,
eventuell
nur
das
Material
in
Höhe
von
ein
paar
Euro.
So
weit,
so
gut.
Am
Tag
des
Termins
wurde
mir
mehrmals
gesagt
das
sie
es
nicht
mehr
schaffen
das
Rad
zu
reparieren
und
der
Monteur
hat
ja
auch
noch
anderes
Zeug
zu
erledigen.
Nach
einer
10
minütigen
Debatte
hat
sich
der
Mitarbeiter
dann
das
Rad
genommen
und
angefangen
es
zu
reparieren.
(Kleine
Geschichte
nebenbei,
bitte
merken,
ein
anderer
Kunde
kam
während
Ich
gewartet
habe
und
hat
2
Speichen
geholt,
Ihm
wurde
hierfür
nichts
verrechnet
und
lediglich
auf
die
Kaffeekasse
aufmerksam
gemacht).
Nach
ziemlich
genau
15
Minuten
war
der
Monteur
fertig
und
mir
wurde
eine
Rechnung
überreicht.
63€
für
15
Minuten
Arbeit?
Sprich
252€
pro
Stunde?
Nach
einer
weiteren
Debatte
darüber
was
mir
am
Telefon
versichert
wurde,
habe
ich
nach
langem
Hin
und
Her
eine
Gutschrift
von
25€
bekommen
und
musste
"nur"
38€
bezahlen.
Der
Kollege
der
mir
den
Rabatt
gegeben
hatte
betonte
noch
stolz
das
ja
keine
Speichen
verrechnet
wurden
(Geschichte
oben
mit
anderem
Kunden
;-)).
Wenn
man
guten,
freundlichen
und
kundenorientierten
Service
wünscht,
sollte
man
Lucky
Bike
Würzburg
meiden.
Definitiv
nicht
zu
empfehlen.

Bought
a
bike
there
in
April
2021,
everything
worked
smoothly
so
far.
However,
the
service
at
this
branch
sucks.
At
the
beginning
of
September
I
called
a
member
of
staff
several
times
because
a
spoke
on
my
bike
broke.
I
was
given
a
fixed
appointment,
with
a
fairly
long
waiting
time,
but
that's
nothing
new
in
the
current
situation,
so
it's
not
that
bad.
I
stressed
several
times
on
the
phone
that
it
would
not
be
possible
for
me
to
be
there
before
5:30
p.m.
and
that
I
would
have
to
travel
70
kilometers
to
get
there.
I
was
assured
that
this
was
not
a
problem
and
that
the
bike
would
be
fixed
immediately
and
I
could
just
wait.
In
addition,
I
was
assured
that
there
would
be
no
costs
for
me,
possibly
only
the
material
in
the
amount
of
a
few
euros.
So
far
so
good.
On
the
day
of
the
appointment,
I
was
told
several
times
that
they
were
no
longer
able
to
repair
the
bike
and
that
the
mechanic
had
other
things
to
do
as
well.
After
a
10-minute
debate,
the
employee
took
the
bike
and
started
repairing
it.
(A
little
story
by
the
way,
please
note,
another
customer
came
while
I
was
waiting
and
got
2
spokes,
he
was
not
charged
for
this
and
was
only
made
aware
of
the
coffee
checkout).
After
almost
exactly
15
minutes,
the
fitter
was
ready
and
I
was
handed
an
invoice.
63€
for
15
minutes
of
work?
Say
252€
per
hour?
After
a
further
debate
about
what
I
was
assured
on
the
phone,
after
a
lot
of
back
and
forth
I
got
a
credit
note
of
25€
and
had
to
pay
"only"
38€.
The
colleague
who
had
given
me
the
discount
proudly
emphasized
that
no
spokes
were
charged
(story
above
with
another
customer
;-)).
If
you
want
good,
friendly
and
customer-oriented
service,
you
should
avoid
Lucky
Bike
Würzburg.
Definitely
not
recommended.
