Very poor quality unprofessional doctors. Had 3 consultations here with three different doctors, my case was barely explained to me as they rushed to talk non sense and end the session as quick as they could. and it seemed like they only cared about fitting in as many clients as they could without giving proper service. I since then went to two different clinics where my wisdom teeth complications were very well explained to me as my case was VERY SERIOUS and have gone through the surgery. Check your records again. One of my visits was on oct 20th 2021 under Ayah.

Finally after 10 years I found a Dentist that actually want to fix my teeth I have been to other dentist and not happy with there work and showed me no interest in fixing my teeth at all. After seeing Dr Nada she straight away told me , let’s get your teeth fixed and showed me she really wanted to help me, Done half my teeth a mini makeover by Dr Nada very happy with the results. Professional and caring staff. The perfect place for families and kids. My daughter was petrified of the dentist but Nada at Rickard Dental Centre made her feel at ease. She spoke to her throughout her appointment, reassured and explained each step. She showed her all the tools and explained how each one worked. She is gentle, patient and very passionate about her work. As a mother I highly recommend her and all the staff at Rickard Dental Centre.

The team at Rickard Dental Centre are very professional, honest, reasonably priced, caring and have the state of the art dentistry equipment. I was referred to the practice by a friend at work who highly recommended them. I was surprised that the dentist is a medical doctor as well as a dentist so I felt very confident and comfortable with his attitude, knowledge and more than 25 years of experience. I was very impressed with their customer service, the way the dentist treated me and the options that were offered to me. Highly recommended :-)

Great service, called for an urgent appointment as I was having very swollen gums and tooth ache. Dentist properly treated the tooth and give me appropriate medication and was feeling so much better the day after. The dentist was very friendly and welcoming and talked me through the x rays.

They keep calling in sick and cancelling my sons appointments last min. 3 times in a row now. I have asked my wife to find a new dentist. My son is in pain, we have spent thousands there no questions asked.

I had a 2.15 appointment yesterday for me and my 3 years old daughter and let me tell you… THE BEST DENTIST experience ever. Firstly there was no waiting time at all. Secondly the doctor named Nur and her assistant were so professional, explained the treatment process so well and when it came to my daughters appointment she was beyond patient, it was my daughters first dental appointment and she was very nervous at first but everything changed after how beautiful the doctors treatment was. I highly recommend this place for both you and your kids :)

I came upon this dental clinic through a friends recommendation! The whole experience was quick pain free and much more pleasant than I thought! Extremely poor lack of communication! My appointment was at 12.30 and I wasn’t notified until 1pm that I still had to wait another 20 minutes. Really disappointed considering I’m a mum who hardly gets any time to go to the dentist and now that I’m desperate and have taken time out of my week this happens.

I had an appointment couple of weeks back and identified need for surgery. Upon requesting a referral to dental surgery I was refused to be provided one. I am getting forced with their opinions of getting the surgery in their own facility. This is unacceptable behavior.

Went to this dentist for the first time & I can safely say that this is my new go to dentist. I went there with barely any front teeth left & left with a brand new smile. Absolutely beautiful work done. Magic hands!!!
