super nice rooms with beautiful bathrooms, baobab and chill by the pool (kiddie pool as well), very fancy. WOULD recommend. also, they serve really nice zebu steak in the restaurant. bottled watter for drinking, and personal hygiene (ladies) was generally recommended by our guide all over madagascar.

We had 2 nights here. In hotel restaurant we had worst steak ever. I eat a lot steaks even here on Madagascar. First time was terrible (on Madagascar). Not possible to cut with knife. Not possible to chew. On photo is MEDIUM in their opinion, which in fact was well done. Request for replacement not accepted. Don't eat steak here please. BTW my wife had acceptable but also not medium but well done. EDIT: I change opinion from negative to neutral because finally after my complains they reduced final bill 2 days later by the price of steak.

Comfy sleep-over. Great restaurant in the complex. Wifi does not reach the rooms. Very nice standard of the rooms, yet the surroundings of the buildings is a bit messy.

We had one of the cheaper rooms (room numbers below 100). The room was ok but not really represented well in the photos of this location. The cheapest rooms have no fan and there’s quite some noise from the street. The pool was nice and the staff is helpful. Reasonable budget option if you like to stay in a busy place near the town center.

Nice rooms but leaking shower, water leaked on the floor. Hole in the mosquito net, but it was cold enough so we didn't need it. Steaks are their speciality, but I wouldn't say so, which made us have breakfast somewhere else at the other side of the street.

Stayed there for two nights. Water gets warm after some time. Quiete place. There is a pool, too. No safe in the room. The whole place still looks sometimes like it's not finished building. But everything was good. Breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner were good.

A hole of a place with no heating in the frigid winter, no air con in the boiling summer, wifi that works for 5 minutes a day, rude staff, mafia types hanging around the premises (which staff turn a blind eye to) and a terrible restaurant. Do yourself a favour and stay at Chez Alice.

Decent but nothing special and it's clean for madagascan standards.

I stayed here two nights in November 2022 and was completely satisfied. After traveling around Madagascar for several weeks, this was a step up from other locations. I paid 110,000 Ariary and was in the second story of the newer units. The room was very clean and comfortable with high ceilings and a nice open feeling. I had a fan, good shower with hot water, and all that I needed. Also ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinners. The breakfast was basic, but it took care of me. Their dinner special of zebu steak was awesome. Some of the better steak I've eaten in any country. I see this place gets mixed reviews, but if I was in the area, I'd seek this place out to stay again. As others have mentioned it’s in a good location for the NP and shops.
