For
a
more
than
a
month
now
the
same
shift
with
the
same
manager
has
been
getting
my
blizzard
wrong.
I
thought
it
was
standard
procedure
to
make
the
ice
cream
the
way
it
is
supposed
to
be
made.
Why
is
it
they
always
skip
a
step
and
I
end
up
with
a
whole
different
ice
cream
and
what
happens
when
I
complain
to
Paul
the
manager
about
my
wasted
money
he
is
rude
inconsiderate
and
dismissive
as
always.
If
it
weren’t
for
the
other
managers
doing
such
an
amazing
job
that
establishment
wouldn’t
be
as
great
as
it
is
the
only
reason
I
continue
to
go
back
is
because
they
always
get
it
right
or
make
it
right
I’m
sure
they
should
be
tired
of
me
telling
them
how
Paul’s
shift
messed
up
again
.
Maybe
if
he
actually
left
and
worked
somewhere
he
enjoyed
being
he
wouldn’t
make
the
experience
miserable
for
customers
when
he
is
around
and
this
happens
to
me
sooooo
regularly
it’s
literally
impossible
I’m
the
only
one…
hopefully
he
eventually
gets
fired
(
and
I
hate
to
wish
that
on
anyone
but
he
is
that
bad
for
the
business
everyone
else
such
a
pleasant
experience
to
be
around
,granted
every
human
has
there
days)
or
at
the
least
demoted
and
made
to
earn
that
position
all
over
again
so
he
appreciates
it
and
actually
cares
if
things
are
done
correctly
for
a
positive
experience..
and
this
may
seem
like
a
lot
for
simply
messing
up
something
as
simple
as
an
ice
cream
but
it’s
about
how
much
it
happens
so
much
that
I
literally
feel
robbed
