We’re visiting Rapid City on vacation and came across this restaurant downtown that had a great looking menu. When we found out they started as a food truck (before opening this brick and mortar location), we were sold to go in and try it. The food was amazing! We ordered the Cuban flatbread, and the Kaysie’s “KC” BBQ pork Mac. Both were delicious! Good selection of local beers. The service was great, too. The owner/chef came and chatted with us, and his daughter was our server - very friendly and great service. Wish we were local so we could come back!

Food is out of the park good. I love coming down here to get the orange beef nachos, they are very good,good potion size i am 200 lbs and cant finish most of the time. Good family owned business 10/10 would recomend it would be a 15/10 if they still did breakfrest.. if you know you know lol it was great but great food i would recomend giving them a try next time your downtown.

Loved the food! Such friendly and attentive staff. So excited they are open in a permanent location right now. You will not be disappointed in anything you order here. They have several options for my husband that needs to eat gluten free.

Probably my favorite resturant I've been to. They have amazing food with great sauces and flavor combinations. The server was friendly and accommodating. I wanted to try another dish and he gave me a smaller portion to go. Definitely go here! Best place in Rapid City I went all week.

Great, spacious downtown location with delicious food offerings! I enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch flatbread tacos and will be back to try more options.

Food and beverages were amazing! We had the nachos and the Mac and cheese tacos and everything was so delicious!! The owner was so welcoming and nice. Definitely eating here again and again.

I got the BBQ Mac, and my boyfriend got the pulled pork Mac! They are both delicious! We ended up switching because the Pulled pork sauce was A little spicy for him 🌶️ 🤤 The inside of the building is unique and honestly a great place to sit and eat!

Ugly Graffiti? You betcha! Ugly food? NAY! This food is beautiful and delicious 🤤. The only debates you should be having with yourself are do I go to the downtown location? Find the iconic food truck? And what do I order off the menu? And the answers are, Yes, Yes, and literally everything! (I highly recommend the steak and mushrooms flatbread or carnitas, or both!) Seriously though, the owner is the nicest guy, and the food is always worth it. Do yourself a favor and stop by. Seriously, stop reading this. You're hungry. Go. NOW! 😉

Loved the street food/casual menu. I was impressed with the fast and high quality service they had while being understaffed. Nice industrial but refined interior. My biggest issue, if any, was that the local beer and wine menu was pretty limited. The chef had a cool beard. Recommend as a traveler passing through Rapid City. Don’t be afraid of the pickles on the Cubano Mac, it was scrumptious

One of my favorite dining experiences ever!!! Menu was amazing - I wanted to try one of everything but stuck with the Korean BBQ mac & cheese. Loved it so much that I came back a couple of days later for more. The not-chos are actually craft potato chips that made or an amazing dish. Family business - great people and amazing food. Looking reasons to go back to Rapid City so I can dine there again. Keep up the great work!

Upon walking in you are greeted with a warm ambience, and a friendly staff who loves what they do. Orange beef nachos came via a recommendation from the chef and server.... they were amazing. The tacos that followed were too die for. It is a shame I am only in town for a festival as this is the sort of restaurant I seek out. Great experience from food to service

COME'ON'DOWN. this lil' food truck turned diner- is awesome. FRESH FLAT BREADS. fun twists on classic American and ethnic favorites. Recommend the Carnitas tacos .

Absolutely love everything about this place!!! Met them at a concert downtown where they had the food truck. They were closing but still fed 3 of us dinner and didn't seem put out about the last min guests. Few months later found the brick and mortar! If you love flat bread this is your place. The food is fresh! Flavorful! And colorful! I even happily eat kale, who eats that stuff?? Wait staff is pleasant! There is a fun selection of bottled sodas. I have just started my journey through the menu. My next selection will be a macaroni sampler ok maybe a flat bread sampler...;) on a serious I felt like I was home and being gifted my favorite meal.
