We requested bayalage for daughter's hair. The owner manager told me since she is so young, I need to be prepared to take care of her hair after. She made it seem like my daughter was too young. My daughter is 12 and has colored her hair before. The end result was just highlights. From root to tip, strings of blonde hair. She looks like someone just slapped a cap on her head and some bleach. The owner proceeded to argue with me about it. She said the reference picture I showed them was of highlights. It was not. I also had an entire conversation with the lady that did her hair. I said I didn't want her to have a panel of blonde on the bottom, I didn't want her to have a block of bleached hair on the bottom but I did want the bayalage. It's my understanding that you can do an easy bayalage without bleaching the whole bottom. The owner repeatedly told me the reference picture was of highlights. She got really upset and confrontational was making me upset as well. I just wanted to pay, leave and never return. I could tell she was not listening. The lady that did her hair was really nice, she did offer to fix her hair but because of the owner, I will never return.

Yanga is amazing she did both my girls and me one afternoon and we all walked out looking beautiful. She is super kind, funny and has amazing talent.

The most unprofessional experience i’ve had in my life. The woman who did my eyelash extensions was pretty nice, but did not do a good job at all. throughout my appointment, the boss kept coming into the room and was extremely unprofessional and rude. in addition, the next client showed up to their appointment early and my lashes weren’t even halfway done. the boss kept trying to make me leave so that they could get to the next client. she said that i would have to come back later. again, extremely unprofessional. the lady doing my lashes added enough lashes so that i would be able to leave and come back. while she was applying them, my eyes began to water because i was in pain. she just kept going. when i opened my eyes it was extremely painful and they continued to water for the next two hours until i went back and asked her to remove them, they looked horrible and i was in pain. lash extensions should NEVER be uncomfortable/ irritating. not to mention both of my eyes were extremely red. it is the next day and they are still red and hurting even after she removed them. THIS IS NOT OKAY. i graduate in two days and i wanted to look good. now i feel extremely ugly. hopefully my eyes will go back to normal before then. i could go on and on about my horrible experience at this salon. the boss also refused to give me all of my money back. i am extremely disappointed with this whole experience. i wasted hours upon hours of my day here to leave with nothing but extremely irritated eyes. if you are considering going here for ANY service, don’t.

Ever since the beginning of this salon, I have always felt welcome and had good quality services here. If I ever had any issues with something, I would know that they would fix them. Lately, there is a new masseuse who did an excellent job of taking the kinks out of my back! My nail gal was excellent as well, she really took the time to really do an amazing pedicure and both individuals really show that they have pride in their work. There are always specials going on every month. I would go back there again and recommend this place to anyone who wants to just treat him or herself to a nice experience. Great job!

My first time at Sibelle was getting my boyfriends daughters hair cut with Heather. Heather did an amazing job with her being she was only 5. My second visit was for myself I showed Heather a picture of what I wanted and she got it spot on!! Sibelle will now be the only salon that I will be going to and referring friends and family too. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, very cleaning organized store. They offer alot so I'll definitely be back for other stuff!! THANK YOU HEATHER I appreciate you and your work!!!!!

The owner was able to get me in for a wash, color, cut & style the same day I called, for which I was so thankful. She was very friendly & did a GREAT JOB! I will definitely return!

I went there for a manicure appointment and loved what I went home with. Tons of compliments that night on my red glittery nails. Staff was super friendly, music was great, and I was so comfortable the whole time I was there.

Yanga is a great person and a master at what she does! She creates her own advanced techniques. The last 1 she did on me was good. Many nice women there. They offer many services.
