    Went through drive thru and the women on the headset and window her name was Bethany, couldn't get my order right no matter how many times I repeated myself . And then got rushed through and they forgot multiple things on my order still. McDonald's is not what it used to be just like people's capability to work what a sad establishment. I highly recommend literally anywhere else to eat..

    The morning drive thru staff is the only reason you got 3 stars instead of 1. The ladies in the morning are a pure pleasure. They are always joyful and polite. Absolute sweethearts. The food is meh at best but at 6 am on the way to the job site not many options. So I choose to get my morning smile and soda from you.

    Boyfriend got food poisoning from the McRib. The other two of us were fine with our happy meal and chicken sandwich. He didn't get 4 bites in and puked. Has been running to the bathroom since. Sucks we used to like McDonald's because the food quality and service.

    Drive up sucked today. Gave my food to car in front of me and they took it. Took 10 minutes to get mine, forgot dipping sauce.

    I have never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s I prefer to use curbside. There was a wait one day and the employee who brought my food out was soooooo nice!!! I wished I remembered her name, she apologized for the wait, I told her no big deal. My food was fresh!!! Fries were fresh and my sandwich’s which were 2 cheeseburgers were also fresh. Thankyou for having kind employees who are pros at customer service!!!

    Everything was great except for hearing the nasty shift manager yelling at her employees and a customer the whole time we were eating. She sounds like a horrible person to work for. Horrible personality has nothing going for her. I feel bad for her employees

    I feel so bad for the employees that work here. We were here around 2:30 on a Sunday, and several customers were complaining about the wait of their food. One ended up getting their money back and leaving. We received our food and my husbands hamburger was made wrong, and our fries were cold which I thought was odd, AND we didn’t get any of the sauces we requested (it was all printed on the ticket) or any napkins, and we had 3 children under 6 with us. The trash was overflowing, and the play place room smelt like vomit! We were not upset, we understood they were way behind and already struggling so we didn’t complain or anything, but whoever is managing this McDonald’s definitely needs to support their employees better than what they are.

    Ordered a #2 sausage egg McMuffin and took two bites and bit into egg shells again. This has happened three times almost in a row. Going to just stop eating at McDonald’s as it seems to be a regular occurrence with these places in Rapid City. It’s fast and convenient but if you can’t eat the food there isn’t a reason why to eat at McDonald’s anymore. I was going to post the picture of my vomit but I would have vomited again. I stopped eating at McDonald’s about ten years back when the same thing happened and I bit into cartilage in a nugget and in one of the breakfast sausage. Didn’t go back for 9 years now will just avoid them completely now and have will steer everyone I can to not eat there as well as not giving any more money to for people to eat at these places. Disgusting. All management said was they will try to look into it. I’m not looking for a free meal I can afford eating there even though their prices seem to double now. But like I said it was years before I started eating here again. But all in all no quality control for the eggs I’m my opinion. Pretty disgusting. Unless you like to eat egg shells.

    Kids wanted a quick lunch. Was informed we HAD to use the kiosk to order and they were getting rid of their cash registers. The kiosk would not let you customize your order. Rude employees

    This is my go to McD's when in rapid City they are always fast, friendly and get the order right! Clean bathrooms are a plus too. The parking lot is a little cramped if you want to get to the drive thru, but not so bad I won't go there. Also they are very nice to DoorDashers which I can always appreciate while picking up an order I'm delivering.

    Learn you own damn menus, Jesse says she’s never heard of the triple stack McGriddle, we order it everytime we go never been an issue, so she gives us a McGriddle with sausage only.. can you not at least use common sense?? Yes cuz if I asked for a triple stack McGriddle that means take no egg or cheese just sausage?? Morons
