I usually don’t complain but when my grandparents came up from Nebraska to visit her great grandchildren the staff was very rude to them. First of all I have work at numerous of hotels. If the guest asked specifically that they didn’t want their rooms clean than they don’t clean them. Well all rooms are supposed to be cleaned unless told different by the guests. Well my grandparents room were not clean. My grandma had asked why and they said that they didn’t want it clean. Well my grandma never saw a cleaning lady. The maids are supposed to clean all rooms! This is the first hotel that we have ever heard of about the guests have to tell the front desk if they want their rooms clean. They have also over charged the room rates from when they checked in. My grandparents will never EVER stay there. The front desk lady told my grandparents who are elderly 80+ old to get out!!! Who tells elderly to get out of a hotel?! That’s so rude. The manager never said sorry nor asked if they even wanted a discount!!! Just plain out rude and very unprofessional! I’m so angry and embarrassed on how my grandparents were treated. I will take this farther if they don’t get a apology!

NO!!! Scratch Windham and Motel 8 from my list of places to stay. Stair and hallway carpets filthy. Maintenance issues throughout. No elevator. 1 outside security cam w little coverage for cars. 3 solo men sitting in 3 sub $200 cars looking suspect. Just hanging out in the pothole ridden parking lot. while we checked in. . Exposed fluorescent coil lights hardly guide you down dark hallways. Dim and damaged walls appear rolled in Killz Primer white. Lock didn’t work on first attempt. Bathroom sink broken. We are not picky and have stayed in hostels and dive motels around the world. We were so shocked we did what I should have first done. Read the reviews. Then we promptly left for the choice hotel up the street, which was the same price and a world away from this dump.

Decent enough. The room was super clean and the AC worked well. It's also in a great location, right off of the interstate. However, there's no elevator (and my room was on the 3rd floor), the bed only had two pillows on it, and the toilet nearly overflowed on each flush. It's good for the price, just don't put any paper in the toilet.

I came here as a fluke, stayed 10 days and couldn't be more pleased. Desk staff can be a little terse, perhaps I could've done without the eye roll I got from a frustrated clerk but that was a 1-off and this industry can be taxing, this I know from my own professional experience. The rooms are very clean, and I believe they all have a safe w/ key, the breakfast is good enough and well staffed, and even the housekeeping staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall, my 2nd great experience with this particular Super 8! Will be back.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning blow cool and did cool the room. The hotel does not have an elevator. The lady that checked us in was quick and efficient, but had no personality. The breakfast was not much but the rate for the room was very good.

The room rates and no bed bugs were the best thing. Wifi was down the entire time (seems to be an ongoing issue after reviewing other reviews.) and apparently some rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave. I didn't know I had the option. The gas station next door is a well stocked liquor store too. Made it bearable.

We definitely had a good stay. The room was as clean as any other Super 8. Air conditioning worked well. I don't expect a lot for the price but they did a good job. Continental breakfast was pretty darn good.

The hotel was nice enough. Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean. I downgraded it because they have signs posted saying, "No smoking within 25 feet of the door." No one, including staff, observes this rule so we always walked through a cloud of smoke. Also, you could smell smoke in the hallway outside of rooms. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The hotel is definitely older and you can hear everything above you or in the hallways.

Stayed here one night and will not stay here ever again. Went to open my bed for the night and there was crumbs, skin flacks and long & short dark hair in between the sheets...GROSS! They were slow about coming to change the sheets. The gal that changed them mentioned that if one person rents the room they don't always change the sheets on both beds? Guess they should have made sure they changed the right one. Also the drain in the tub didn't work. Internet was slow and spotty. Breakfast was located in the hallway where people were trying to come in and out...weird place to serve food. We were told we would receive a refund on the room, but have yet to receive it 😡 When we try to call them, we keep getting put off with "I'll have the manager call you back"...she has yet to do so!! And no refund 😡 DON'T EVER STAY HERE!

Very nice employees, rooms were clean, heat and AC both worked well for us. breakfast could of been a little better but it was still good. Would recommend to a friend and would stay here again for short trips.
