*Edit* Sundial has been making huge (and much needed) improvements. The parking lot repairs made a huge difference and they are in the process of renovating hallways and units. It's a major project but the results are so much cleaner and better looking, can't wait to see all 3 buildings completed *original* Probably the roughest apartments in town. Tenants absolutely trash the place and the understaffed maintenance is either too busy or just not interested in making repairs. The parking lot will destroy your vehicle, potholes are deep enough to bottom out 4wd vehicles. *edit* they have since patched the parking lot and are making some headway on maintenance. They are trying, but there's a long way to go to getting the place under control

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting. Looks like there is a pee stain trail that goes right up the stairs. Smells awful. Holes in the walls along with blood. I understand it is low income housing but for God's sake no human should have to live in such a disgusting place. 0/10 would not recommend.

Would rate -10 stars if I could! Terrible smell when you walk in to go to the office, and the manager gives you the run around when asking simple questions about an apartment then made my husband and I wait almost 2 months and only after a ton of phone calls, messages, and finally calling their back office for a straight answer of when the apartment would be ready after already paying $500 deposit that was only supposed to be $197 according to their ad and paper work but still got charged $500. All of that only to find out that someone was lying and it still isn't even ready. Summary don't waste ur money on this scam of place because they are fast to take your money and try to dodge you, but slow as hell and you have to fight to get ur money back!!!!

Since its been under new management the maintenance people have been awesome. Thomas has been great with replacing my dishwasher and fixing my oven and stove.

Racist management n maintenance man, trying to get free remodels outta tenants for 30 year old interior design n carpeting, racist manager Brandon will have his relative the maintenance man set up illegal ways to get u out, not report it than give bad reference. Look out if u move here they are very 2 faced snakes

How do you expect to fill your available apartments when you DONT return phone calls. How do I pick up an application, or inquire info on apartments when I am unable to make direct contact.

I am a new tenant to the apartments , I write an appreciation to the new management and the maintenance crew . The buildings are being renovated in between the servicing of apartments. I appreciate them wanting to change the look and wanting the environment cleaner . They are trying their best and I feel it’s part of the tenants job to help the place be safer and cleaner . 4 stars only because we can always improve on our own work and self discipline. Team work .

I personally feel since there’s been new management & maintenance things have been going great!! Thanks to the new maintenance man Thomas for putting in a brand new dish washer and was very friendly :)
