Their voicemail said their hours, and then said they were closed. I called during the hours it listed. Showed up to get an application during their posted business hours located on their door. Locked. Called again. Same situation as the first call. Showed up a second time. OPEN! Got a rental application. When I told them I was with Section 8, they crossed out the prices and wrote higher ones, then labelled them each "Sec. 8" Essentially, they don't respect the schedule they set for themselves and they discriminate against Sec. 8 by raising prices for them. The raised prices were higher than the allowance. It would be more authentic to just say they don't accept Section 8. Judging by my limited experience, I would never rent from them even if it was in my price range. They are extremely scummy, unethical, and lazy.

I have lived at estes park apart for 4 months so far it harbal neibers up on 3 floor are loud all day never take 3 kids outside kids jumping around all day the manager is never in office matinice man never around i ask for a ground floor apartment the day i moved in and still have not got one and i am disabled very rude people .

Hilarious how someone mentioned something about bedbugs.. we moved in april to these apartments. moved into bedbugs. we have proof of everything. they will not give us our first months rent back. will not give us our security deposit back. in fact, they billed us $2,500 more for a bi out fee, a cleaning fee, and mays rent. we moved in an evening, brought expensive couches, furniture, bed, cribs, etc. we had to throw everything away after discovering bedbugs. they were incredibly rude and refused to hear our side of the story. do not. move into these apartments. i cannot stress this enough. EDIT: we had a court case against these people. She won through lying. Do not move into these apartments, they will do the same to you.

I've tried calling this place like ten times and I just keep getting "hello, nobody is available to talk right now, thank you for calling" and then the line drops. I just want to talk to someone about the apartments, but nobody seems to ever answer.

Managers act powerless, the main people that run the place are shady game players, constant cigarette smoke, it's like living in a ash tray, and it's false advertisement ..says non-smoking 🚬🚬 filthy and unsafe neighborhood..the slums and it's a living hell.

Lived there 2-1/2 years, the manager Kellie, is the rudest person ever! They raised the deposit up and took it out of my bank a month early. Said they couldn’t do anything about it. Kept most of the deposit when we moved . Kids are riding bikes in the parking lot and have hit my car several times. The pipes froze last winter and we were without heat for 2 weeks and Kellie said they would not compensate us. The ceiling fell in the bathroom because of a water leak and we saw black mold in the wood. Said they sprayed it instead of replacing it. I had to clean the bathroom from all the dust from the ceiling which was about 1/2” thick. We had to purchase our own toilet because there’s is for little kids. They don’t clean up the grounds. They tried to get the kids to do it for a gift card. Didn’t work out. So grateful to be able to move out of there.
