With
such
a
huge
menu
we
were
a
little
worried
that
it
couldn’t
all
be
done
right,
Sickies
though
proved
that
wrong
and
delivered
a
great
tasting
meal
for
the
family.
Sickies
is
a
kitschy
place
with
a
garage/Route
66
theme.
There
is
a
huge
menu
with
50
types
of
burgers,
24
wing
sauces,
50
beers,
and
everything
else
ranging
from
sandwiches,
chicken
sandwiches
(x8),
salads
(x4),
and
baskets
of
ribs
(or
chicken
strips,
fried
fish,
or
shrimp)—plus
desserts
and
appetizers
galore!
The
Hot
Momma
cheeseburger
sounded
like
one
of
their
simpler
offerings,
but
still
did
well
being
hot
with
the
ghost
pepper
cheese
with
a
little
sweet/hot
of
the
jalapeño
jam,
and
balancing
the
rest
of
the
burger
out
with
bacon,
avocado,
and
fried
onion
strings.
The
pulled
pork
sandwich
was
also
good
and
more
sweet
than
smokey,
and
very
cheesy.
The
one
disappointment
(besides
the
skimpy
french-fry
servings)
was
the
Hurricane
wing
sauce,
a
mix
of
a
blend
of
buffalo,
BBQ,
and
jerk,
but
mostly
tasted
like
Jamaican
jerk
and
too
strong
for
our
taste,
but
the
other
sauce
we
had,
PB&J,
was
as
awarding
as
described.
Still
a
cool
place,
despite
the
knick-knacks,
there
are
a
lot
of
offerings,
that
that
we
hope
to
visit
again
to
try
more.
