Our Sickies experiences in the past have normally been good, but this last experience honestly couldn’t have been worse. We ordered two burgers, both of which were so dry and tough they were almost inedible. The boneless wings, which are normally meaty and juicy, were tiny and tough. This meal was not worth the over $80 we paid. Unfortunately, we ordered through Door Dash and were unable to send any of this food back. Sickies will probably not get our business again, or at least until we can forget about this latest experience. This is the First 1 star review I have ever left for any business!

****Awful**** Went in based on hotel recommendation, and it's definitely a no-go. 10 minute wait for a 50%empty restaurant with a full staff 🤔 Out of milkshakes, blended alcohol shakes, and 2 beer types. Ordered a blown tire burger based on bacon and onion ring with bbq sauce. Got a burger about the size of a McDonald's happy meal burger (picture) and barely warm. Chose veggies over fries, and it came in a condiment bowl like sauce would be served in. (Inflation veggies, I guess) 🤣 No onion ring, no bacon, and it had cheese? 🤷‍♂️ 🤣 Waited 20 mins for that, and the server did not come back until she had the bill. She also pointed out that kitchen issues should not reflect her tip 😠 ughhhh the entitlement..... There's not much to choose from in the area, but I would recommend a little drive to something better.

Food is mediocre and expensive. $80 for a meal for 3 people without ordering alcohol. If you’re vegetarian I don’t recommend coming here, my boyfriend ordered the hot rod burger substitute with beyond patty and it came with 2 slices of bacon… tell me how that makes sense and that particular burger doesn’t come with bacon on the menu. It’s also the saddest beyond burger I’ve ever had. The fried pickles were stale and dried out. When we came in to be seated we asked if we could sit outside since we had our dog and the host said “let me go ask if someone wants to wait on you outside.” So I guess it’s up to them if they feel like it or not. Not pet friendly as they seem. Food & service not worth it.

What a quirky, fun place to grab a bite! We happened to hit the lunch specials. Various selections from burgers to chicken strips. Includes beverage and one side (they have tater tots!) with prices from $8.99 - $12.99. They have the Monte Cristo sandwich on their menu. It's rare to see that. GREAT, TASTY FOOD. The only reason for the 4 stars is because my fries arrived cold. They quickly remedied that! Restaurant was a little cold as well.

Sickies garage never disappoints. They have some wings, but the burgers are definitely on top. My personal favorite is the Mac n Cheese burger with the addition of pulled pork. If you're feeling adventurous, they even have a donut burger. The environment is also very upbeat and leaves you with tons of signs to look at and TVs to watch. Overall, this place never disappoints

Me and my family stopped here on our trip to Alaska, we had a great experience. Cora was an amazing Hostess. I had the veggie burger, Mac and cheese fritters and side salad. My family had, fat boy burger, honey hot wings and chicken fajitas salad. It all was good. Nice atmosphere and located right off Hwy 90 west. Not to heavy, not to light was just right

With such a huge menu we were a little worried that it couldn’t all be done right, Sickies though proved that wrong and delivered a great tasting meal for the family. Sickies is a kitschy place with a garage/Route 66 theme. There is a huge menu with 50 types of burgers, 24 wing sauces, 50 beers, and everything else ranging from sandwiches, chicken sandwiches (x8), salads (x4), and baskets of ribs (or chicken strips, fried fish, or shrimp)—plus desserts and appetizers galore! The Hot Momma cheeseburger sounded like one of their simpler offerings, but still did well being hot with the ghost pepper cheese with a little sweet/hot of the jalapeño jam, and balancing the rest of the burger out with bacon, avocado, and fried onion strings. The pulled pork sandwich was also good and more sweet than smokey, and very cheesy. The one disappointment (besides the skimpy french-fry servings) was the Hurricane wing sauce, a mix of a blend of buffalo, BBQ, and jerk, but mostly tasted like Jamaican jerk and too strong for our taste, but the other sauce we had, PB&J, was as awarding as described. Still a cool place, despite the knick-knacks, there are a lot of offerings, that that we hope to visit again to try more. Mar 2022

Amazing food, will have to come by 10+ times just to try all the options. We need a local franchise in St Louis. This place is amazing!! Service was great and they have every constructable burger monstrosity you've ever heard of including ones with donuts..

Excellent burgers!! We got the Hawaiian chicken (Amazing!!), the Honky Tonk burger (possibly the best burger I've ever tasted!!!), and our kids had the chicken strip meal (chicken was a bit rubbery) and a cheeseburger meal (great plain burger). The fries were good but a tad on the cold side. The rusty bucket seasoning was my favorite! We will definitely be returning!!

It's worth the visit for the interesting decor. The service was excellent, food was served quickly, place is very clean. Ordered a burger, purposely asked for no bun. The guacamole, jalapeno and sauce were a good compliment to the mediocre burger patty. The chocolate shake was excellent. Thick enough to not go through the straw, I'd definitely recommend it. I did not order any beer, but there was a large section.

We stopped in for a quick lunch while driving to Deadwood. The service was great, food was hot but not mouth burning hot. The server kept checking on us. Also, one thing that stood out, the young ladies in the entry way were having a conversation and as soon as they saw us walking in, they immediately stopped their conversation to tend to our needs. That was exceptional customer service at the finest! Definitely, recommend Sickies and will be stopping by again!

Burger was good, the waffle fries were really good! I took away three stars because the manager moved me from my seat to another seat to accommodate a large party. It's a big restaurant sir, I'm sure you could have put that party in another place without having me move.

Overall a really good experience. Was greeted wonderfully as soon as we walked in, and our server Ariel was Amazing! Family of 4 (under $100) got the pretzel bites they were just a tad crunchy, best chicken strips and fries we've ever tried from anywhere, side salad/ grilled chicken sandwich with peppered bacon and pulled pork sandwich. Twisted Tea was made really well. Highly recommend this place, and we will return.

This is the cleanest Sickies I have gone to. The biggest issue I had here was their lack of food items. They had no malts, and we weren't allowed to order anything with mashed potatoes as they were out. When asked if we could order another main dish and just substitute the mashed potatoes for fries or something similar we were told no as she "wouldn't know how to ring it up." This limited our choices considerably. So we all had burgers with fries/tator tots. The food itself was good however our lack of choices was upsetting.

Really neat place. We ended up eating here because it was late and they were open. Definitely a happy accident. The food was really good and the wait staff super friendly. It was nice being able to watch college football while there as well. I'm highly certain we'll be back whenever we're in Rapid City next.

Loved this place. It's really interesting even before you get inside. The walls and ceilings are covered with all kinds of sports souvenirs and there are flat screens everywhere with sports on them. I was a little overwhelmed when I opened the menu to see more than one page of different cheeseburgers to choose from. I had the Jameson and my friend had the Jesse James. I can't believe how big they were. We were both so full we couldn't finish our fries. I really want to go back and try another variety of cheeseburger and I recommend you try one yourself.

The food was pretty good, but service could have been better. my burger had great flavor and did not disappoint. Also had the cheese curds with ranch and they were worth the expense. Everyone at the table was satisfied with their food choices. The server was not as knowledgeable as we would have liked about the menu so it made our decision on some food items a little trickier. She was attentive though and not over-present. Overall a good experience and would come back given the chance.

the scenery is great, however the food is bad, at least whatever they have to fry. The oil is old and not changed properly so your food will taste atrocious. The burgers are great! just avoid anything fried, especially ham and cheese balls and french fries

Wanting some wings while visiting. Stopped in for dinner. Sat at bar. Staff was friendly. They have lots of good beer on tap. I went with bar tender suggestion of Jamaican jerk. Wings are baked then fried. Sauce on jerk was strong and flavorful. Highly recommend if visiting. Military discount available.

Excellent nostalgic atmosphere/decor coupled with great service, but food especially the Kobe burger was nothing special.

We were with a very large out of town softball tournament group and you all were very accommodating. You were very shorthanded and busy but your wait staff was on point! She was fantastic never forgetting anything and got all the orders perfect. It was great how well she took care of all of us. We loved the food, it was delicious the atmosphere was great and the service was great as well. We had a magnificent experience esp after being on the baseball field all day. It was the end of a perfect day! Thank you VERY MUCH!

Our server, Lettie, was fantastic. The menu selection had so many great options it was so hard to pick. I ordered the Honky Tonk and my husband ordered the Twin Cam. Both burgers were fantastic. I really like that they also give you the option for multiple seasonings for your fry's. I suggest the rusty bucket flavor and ranch. We also were able to purchase a shirt and a few coozie's for our cold ones at home in their little shop area. If in the area again, we will return.

We stopped in here on a seminar that my wife was attending in Rapid City. We started off with pretzel fries and beer cheese dip. These were to die for good. Great flavor, just not enough do to finish all the pretzels. Then my wife had the jalapeno popper burger with bacon jalapeno cream corn. She said the burger was cold and only mediocre, while they corn was fantastic. I had the traditional wings with the Jamaican jerk and the boom boom sauce. The Jamaican jerk was excellent and it would have been 5 stars if our food had been hot and the services better. Elizabeth our server seemed more interested in bantering with the guy bartender than waiting on us. Now it wasn't terrible just mediocre. The choices are great and it has a great vibe we will definitely try again.

I tend to go when it’s supposed to be less crowded, never works lol. Good food, great vibes! And our waitress is always very kind and respectful, this last time we had Dana. She was a delight!
