My 6 year old special needs daughter has to have a Covid test done for her upcoming MRI. I knew she wouldn’t do it if we were in the car for the drive up testing so I called ahead and explained she had high anxiety and is autistic and asked if we could come in and do it in a room. They accommodated us with no issues and I can’t say thank you enough to the male doctor? Who did the test. It was extremely difficult to get her to take the test and it ended with kicking and screaming and holding her down the best we could but up until that point he was so calm and understanding and did everything he possibly could to try and get her to relax and feel comfortable. He sat down on the floor with her. He asked her about her favorite colors. He even allowed her to hold his hand with the swab to feel like she had some control was doing it her self. He was amazing. He will forever have a place in my heart as that was an extremely traumatizing experience for her and momma (myself). Once we were done she would not leave the room to go home unless she knew nobody would be looking at her. So I told him and he told all the nurses and staff to turn around and to not look and opened the doors for us and everything. I wish I got his name. He’s an amazing person.

We had a great experience at Monument Health. We are 7 hours from home and unfamiliar with the healthcare system. The entire staff was so friendly. When I called in I was able to speak with a competent employee, rather than a messaging system. Once we arrived, the check-in process was organized and quick. We waited less than 10 minutes before being called back. The LPN, PA, and X-ray tech were friendly, competent, and speedy. It took less than 2 hours from start to finish. We are thankful for the care we received while we were on vacation.

My son went in for labs, and it was his first time getting his blood drawn. The gentleman that drew his blood was so kind and patient. He really made the whole process very enjoyable (for what it was). The front staff was amazing too, they made sure he got a sticker before we left. Very enjoyable experience!

There was a bit longer of a wait than I expected, nothing too too crazy, but staff was extremely nice and helpful. Once I was taken back we got what we needed done done and it took no time at all. All in all a great experience and I’d suggest going here with any urgent care needs!

Everyone was kind & concerned. Comprehensive testing was done, which was reassuring. I was especially impressed with the interactions among doctor, nurse, receptionist, & lab. It sounded like they truly care for each other, very nice.

The x-ray tech was excellent in handling the positions of the injured area for the x-ray pictures and so kind and personable. The attending physician was also very thorough explaining my type of injury, she lined up followup treatment contacts, was also very kind and personable, great bedside manner! Was in and out of clinic within 70 minutes.

We googled this place while traveling in our motorhome as I wasn’t feeling well with a cough and sore throat. They were very professional from the time we walked in. We didn’t wait long at all. The nurses and doctor was amazing. I highly recommend this urgent care. Dr. Joshua Told was very sweet and did a great job. I’m sure glad we stopped here!

They seem very hesitant to prescribe antibiotics. So by the time you burn $30 worth of diesel to get to town, pay a $60 copay you get "drink water and ride it out". The last 2 time I went here I was told there was no antibiotics that could help me. drove an hour back out to my farm and got sicker. Went the other clinic after getting worse got some antibiotics. 4 hours of driving, $120 in copay about $60 in fuel. $180 dollars and 2 days for strep throat. Today I was told I could take my sample to the hospital myself and shown the door. So now I need to figure out if I'm going to use a public bathroom to get this sample or drive back out to the farm and then back to town. After all that there still may not be any help. The way they run their clinic is not conducive to providing rural health care. As long as you have hours and gas to burn it may work but you will be out multiple copays, days and testing fees. The staff are always professional and polite.

I try to avoid the hospital, so 99% of the time, I go to Monument Urgent Care. 10/10 recommend. I always receive quick treatment, and the staff is always super helpful, engaging, kind..I never dread having to come here, which is pretty great considering we all would rather just not need doctor visits, lol.

Everyone was kind and professional. However, the doctor didn’t seem to have looked at the chart and assumed that my daughter was a boy because she has short hair. It took several times of me saying her name (a definite typically female name, not a gender neutral name) and saying She/her several times before he picked up on it. I realize they are busy but it felt like he wasn’t reviewing the chart very well prior to coming in. He was kind and helpful but that one detail could have made a good experience a great one.

Very fast service! In and out in 20 minutes! There was only 1 person in the waiting room when I got there so that may explain it but irregardless it was quick! Dr was nice. Front desk and nurse could have been more chipper but customer service everywhere has declined in my opinion. Overall visit was great, I got to go home and have my results called to me.

Beautiful facility and very kind staff. I was very thankful it was open on Sundays. I don’t know why, but it seems like I always get sick on the weekends where ER was my only option where we lived before. Thank you for your help and kindness.

Hannah Purkett and her nurse were wonderful. They got me in and out quickly. They identified my condition and prescribed medication so I could start healing and feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend these providers as well as the urgent care Jackson location. I was there back in may and at that time they were excellent as well.

Kelsey at the front desk was very professional, prompt and friendly. My nurse Angie was also professional, prompt and friendly. My provider Tim was excellent at explaining the tests, what they were for, he was also very professional, prompt and friendly. My lab girl, Iris did an excellent job drawing my blood....it didn't even hurt, and then Sydney in xray was also very professional, friendly and prompt.

I was in to see the PA w/i a reasonable time as the site was busy, July 3. The PA was very clear on the instructions for my case and was familiar with the situation. I was very well taken care of and very much appreciate Urgent care. Thank you, Timothy Simonich, PA, and support staff.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted in such a friendly and efficient way by the receptionist. The nurse, Doctor and phlebotomist were equally as nice and caring to my situation. These specialists were so kind and knowledgeable that it made me feel like a priority. I just can’t thank them enough.

Everyone was top notch. I came in with a possible broken ankle. I got seen right away. Mary took great care of me during the X-Ray. Tim thoroughly explained what needed to happen next once we found out I had 2 fractures in my foot. I highly recommend Monument Health Urgent Card.

I went to Monument Occupational Health on Jackson Boulevard for a DOT/CDL medical exam. They were great! Very friendly & efficient! Dr. Brown was very kind. Nurse Missy was great! I have “white coat syndrome” where my blood pressure goes when I’m nervous. Missy took the time to help my calm down, instead of just putting down the first reading! My blood pressure ended up going down! Very pleased…we use them again!

I recently visited a Monument Health Urgent Care and I am beyond impressed with their exceptional service. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. The whole experience was wonderful. The front desk was very polite and friendly and caring. The nurse was amazing. She was knowledgeable and friendly and fun. The doctor was thorough and had a very good bedside manner I would highly recommend

Wow! Tim the PA and the RN were thorough and so friendly. Tim took his time with us. He knew exactly how to handle and communicate with my 9 year old daughter who was really sick. Highly recommend this facility. We were at the urgent care down the street prior to our visit here and would not recommend them.

GREAT staff! From the sweet lady that checked us in and sent us straight back with no wait, to the wonderful Doctor named Tim that wrote us a paper script for a hard-to-come by antibiotic. I had to go to three pharmacies to find it, and without the paper copy it would have been much more of a process. So thankful, will use this Urgent Care for all our families future urgent needs! 💛👏🏽

Absolutely the quickest and the best care I could have ever wished for! I was so worried that I'd be here for most of the night because I'm so tired and I got in right away and I got out right away and they did everything to help me. It is so good to know that there's places like this! Best doctors best customer service!

They’ve always been good to me at this location but I have to praise them for the compassion and bedside manner when they treated my 2 year old when she needed stitches. With an Urgent Care you never know if you’ll get a doctor with kid-centric bedside manner and they were SO GOOD. Both the one who put the stitches in and the one that took them out later that week got down to her level and talked to her and were so kind and gentle. I was so grateful.

Although there was a wait to get in (only an hour), the staff was extremely friendly, very professional, informative, and caring. I appreciated all they did for me. I’ve had a good experience any time I have had to go there.

A very nice clinic with quick turnaround. The staff are very professional and proactive. I was impressed with the level of experience and ability to get all your information. I have always said, ask questions and be prepared when you go in. Be responsive so they can make an accurate decision. I really like the clinic and glad I picked this one since I am an out of towner. And the do take Medicare and tricare for those of you asking.

My little family found ourselves in need of medical help for my little one while visiting the city/state. We are very thankful for everyone who helped us while we were at this urgent care. From the front desk staff, to the nurse and practitioner, we were very well taken care of, and given a great plan of action to get my little one feeling better. We appreciate the care and compassion shown to us, especially being 9 hours away from home.

The techs and nurse in the back were great! Mary (x-ray) was AWESOME. She made a painful x-ray fun. The PA was very thorough. He examined my foot and ankle carefully and explained my x-rays and the next steps. Everyone in the back office was exceptional. The front staff (the woman that checked me in) wasn’t very friendly. Her questions were short and curt and didn’t want me to elaborate on anything. There were only 2 people in the lobby, so I assumed she wasn’t busy. I was trying to explain that I was from out of town and had just come from their Ortho Clinic, but she shut me down. I was disappointed from the start, but pleasantly surprised once I was introduced to the back. I would have scored a 5, but for the front.

Staff is amazing. Every single person who contributed to my care from the moment I checked in to checked out! Although busy, they communicated well amongst each other and with me. Care was thorough and everyone explained details to me along the way. Its a pleasing experience advocating for your health when you get to work with teams like this!

I went in with what I thought were allergies and ended up with the start of pneumonia. Great staff all around from the time I checked in to being seen promptly and diagnosed quickly and prescribed medications to help me get better quickly. I highly recommend this urgent care. If I ever need urgent care I will definitely come back here.
