The lines for concessions were well controlled, but the soda machines could use a little work. Overall a very nice facility, a bit on the more intimate side as it's a smaller stadium. Seats were comfortable, and most seats in the house are a good seat.

Excellent spot. Was there for Mountain West Beer Festival and it was a blast. Very clean, friendly staff, and organized. The event was a good time and I hope to be back next year.

Went to the Kane Brown concert and it was an awesome experience! The venue is new with plenty of beer stop shops! They have a few places to eat and order food. Security is nice. Bathroom lines can get long so time it just right. Haha. Overall awesome experience and will go back for more concerts!

I went to see the Counts Car Show on the weekend of 2/18 to 2/20 2022 to see all of the old classic cars. It was an amazing experience walking through the different show rooms full of cars. My absolute favorite was the 69' Black Corvette Stingray, it was immaculate.

Went to see the Blue man group with my wife of 9 years to celebrate our anniversary and waited 3 1/2 hours and several failed attempts to only get cancelled. Was offered to come back tomorrow for the 2 or 7 O'clock showings, we really want to see them so we opted for tomorrow's 2 O'clock showing and they were quick to gets us tickets but forced me to ask if we had the same seats unfortunately No! But they were going to charge us the same amount until I asked for a discount (that in my opinion was shadey, they should have been forth coming and made everything right, right out the gate), hopefully we don't get cancelled on again tomorrow or that'll be several hours, gas and travel I highly doubt their willing to compensate us for, besides the nineth anniversary memory that will be Unfavorably memorable, please let it not be so...

This venue was excellent! The venue had lots of parking to start with. My wife and I took our 5 kids to see the WWE while we were on vacation. The line to get in moved quickly, even with metal detectors. The staff was very helpful when finding our seats. Concessions had short lines and prices are ridiculous like all similar venues. It is what it is. We had great seats and our kids had a blast at the event. Leaving the parking lot wasn't horrible and didn't take long. We had a great experience visiting this venue.

Wow! This place has it all. Full size hockey Arena, theatre and all the conference amenities to make it a world-class venue. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our event was 600+ strong and Monument had all the space needed to accommodate us and then some. Very impressive!

The bathrooms were disgusting, I got a rum and coke and it cost $16. The WWE match I went to didn't even compare to any of the other ones in major cities I have ever seen on TV it was terrible. Rapid City is not the place to go if you want to attend a concert or event. I highly recommend driving to Denver and participating in entertainment there instead.

We had never been to a rush hockey game ever before and so excited they offered their very first sensory friendly rush game! Loved how well thought out it was! A sensory room & loved the online social story! The only thing that was a bummer was the older gentleman who searched my bag for cow bells and then went off behind my back, making fun of me. Otherwise, it was a great night!

Cool place for con stuff but food is expensive as ever and the bar I was at there was 20 bucks for two shots of crown peach Ridiculous. Don't buy booze here. Everything is a tourist trap. Sneak liquor in lol

The venue was very easy to get in and out of before and after the show, no long lines at food concessions but beer concessions another story. I have seen a few concerts and each time it gets better.

I absolutely love this place. The outside looks pretty old, but once you go in, it is pure awesomeness. We chose this place because they had a restaraunt and a bar. So glad we did! Sat down had a couple of drinks and some amazing food. The bartender was awesome, she was very helpful in helping us decide on our food. The best part? It was the quietest hotel room I have been in, in my life! I WILL be staying here the next time I am in town!

I went to The Monument on my 17th wedding anniversary, and I had a blast at the Kane Brown concert! Also got to see Lo Cash & Dustin Lynch perform! The lighting effects and sound were so amazing! The options for food & drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) were numerous, and I have to say the prices were reasonable considering the venue.

Exponentially the best customer service experience in the Midwest! Derrick and Jaime are 2 of the best concierge’s (not their title) but they make people feel important! Have a problem? They take care of it expeditiously! Awesome place to stay! Highly recommended!

We seem to go to quite a few events here. The food is always excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The new concert stadium is also awesome. The Monument is now the premiere event center in Western South Dakota. We are very excited to have a venue of this magnitude to draw bigger bands and more popular events to our area. We feel that this event center is a great addition to an already wonderful part of the country. We see the Monument as being a cornerstone in the growth of Rapid City.

It’s good to see support for our troops and their families from the guest levels. Welcome home brothers.

Monument don't do anything to protect there tickets sales. I do believe there site was hacked. I was charged double through Monuments ticket for Judas Priest. Printed out before the concert tickets weren't even in my name and they said 49.50 a each. I was charged well over $200 for 2 tickets. Comes to find out are whole row had the same name on their tickets. You should protect your site better. So customers feel same purchasing off it. I will be going directly to the ticket window from now on. Update called and the box office lady said she didn't know. I'd have to talk to marketing. Seems to me nobody knows anything here.

The Monument is a great place to find events. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained. Finding the entrance to your event can be a little tricky for a first-timer, but all you have to do is ask. I was there for both the Black Hills Powwow and a social put on by Elevate Rapid City. Had a great time and look forward to upcoming events! Thank you to the staff at the Monument. Oh, there is a piece of the Berlin Wall as a memorial just as your leaving the parking lot. It was a surprise and we stopped to take a look. You should check it out too.

Great service, but the Cadillac Nachos don't have real cheddar cheese sadly and we asked for chicken but got beef...we didn't say anything though.
