    Beautiful and well maintained residence place, 24 hrs services. The owning prices for the houses are overrated according to the location of it in the city.

    Nice and organized complex with wide streets and very nice landscaping, only one big issue: the building code is no code at all !!!!

    One of the best city projects in Erbil, Beautiful houses and really good finishing touches. Highly recommended. The only bad thing is that it is a little bit far away so a car is needed
